This isn’t a legit repair shop, it’s just some random guy who has no idea what he’s doing. My PS4 was overheating and it just needed some thermal paste, which he claimed to apply. My PS4 was still overheating, and he also installed some game on my system and started begging me to uninstall it. It was annoying but I tried to log him out of it several times but it proved to be impossible, and so he asked me to bring my PS4 all the way back for him to….do what, I’m not sure. Then when I told him it was still overheating, he said it was probably a chip issue. Thankfully I didn’t take it back, because who knows what he would’ve done to it. I took it to a legit repair shop and they told me that whoever had messed with it put the wrong paste on, and way too much of it, and they had to clean it all up and apply the thermal paste correctly. My system works fine now.

The repair service for the Ps5 is not satisfactory and the person in charge lacks professionalism. The repair shop is located in an apartment building where the guy fixes gaming consoles and cellphones. My personal experience with him was terrible. I dropped off my PlayStation 5 before work to have the HDMI replaced, and initially, the guy seemed trustworthy and knowledgeable. He assured me that the repair would be completed within 3 hours and I could pick it up at my convenience. I informed him that I finished work at 8:30, so he suggested I come after that. However, when I arrived at the building at 9:10 and tried contacting him, he didn't answer and all my calls and texts went unanswered. I waited outside in the freezing cold, desperately trying to reach him for over an hour and a half, but to no avail. Finally, he answered the phone and asked for 5 more minutes before hanging up. After waiting for 20 minutes, he entered the building looking surprised and asked if I had been waiting there. I explained that I had been waiting for 2 hours and was exhausted from work. I could barely understand him as he seemed intoxicated and appeared to be under the influence of something else. He then informed me that there was an issue with the HDMI converter and it would take a long time to fix, but he wanted to do a good job. This made me furious as I just wanted my ps5 repaired. He suggested waiting for an hour, so I patiently waited for another 45 minutes. Eventually, he texted me to come inside, but when he returned, he said he couldn't fix it that night. Frustrated, I told him to put it back together and I would take it elsewhere. He mentioned that it would cost me $20. He then takes another half an hour to put it back together and I finally got it. When I arrived home I tested my ps5 to see if it at least turned on and now it doesn’t turn on and it did before the guy touched it.Thats his phone number in the pictures

my dad sent a ps5 to get fixed and we needed to get the hdmi port fixed and he only fixed the theeth now not working properly SMH

Excellent service!! I sent a ps5 to get fixed and laptop screen. Flexible drop off and pick up. He was able to fix them very quickly and prices were reasonable.
