They are the worst! The dispatcher was very rude and they tell you one time they're confirming for then come thirty minutes after the time. If I could give them a negative ten, I would.

Wednesday June 14, 2023 I was told transportation would arrive in 30 minutes. It took OVER AN HOUR. I was told van #62 was there finally. Driver told me I was not to be his passenger. Van not well marked. I am low vision and went one foot from windshield to try to find a number. COULD NOT SEE A VAN NUMBER. I phoned Cathay who told me that, that was my ride. Finally driver let me embark. We went by my destination TWICE as he bypassed first time. He said his GPS was not working.

The Driver very polite his vehicle very cleanThat picked me up, But the Famale that answered my call today so I can return home was very rude and ignorant very nasty I held my composer because I’m in the Dr. Office her because of recent surgery for breast cancer I’m grateful God spared my life with this so I’m really trying to be humble, All I ask her was I had a 2:15 pickup is the driver close I literally just hung up with her. When I set up my rides I’ll make sure not to use this company. It’s sad a bad apple can ruin it.BTW I was talking to her respectfully I hope their calls are being recorded. Now I sit in pain waiting for the ride she was so rude.

Highly recommend. Excellent service. We called for transporting my mom from the hospital in Staten Island to rehab center on Long Island using their wheelchair. They were on time, drove carefully and the driver was very nice. In fact The price was very good. I called other companies to get prices and this companies price was by far the best. We also called them only 2 hours before because we had another company cancel on us at the last minute. We are so happy we found this company. Great doing business with you. Thank you so much. Keep up the good work !!

Very goof company. My uncle insurance rotates transportation providers but whenever Cathay gets assigned to him for his dialysis transportation, the pick ups always go very smoothly. Am going to be asking his insurance to make cathay his preferred company for transportation.

I had surgery for a severed Achilles and I could put zero pressure on my foot and live up 10 stairs. My son carried me up, but that had its dangers. Cathay Express came to my rescue. They were fantastic! Nice guys, great technique. I was comfortable and didnt feel a thing. Great rates, great employees, great service. Did I mention these guys are great? I highly recommend them to everyone in need.

This review is on the great customer service that my daughter recently received by Max and the staff at Cathay. Things got off to a rough start and mistakes were made in which my daughter was the one that took the fault in the end by missing/late to her appts. I will say after speaking with max, they immediately moved to resolve this situation. I was quite surprised and very appy that they didnt treat my daughter as a number nor dollar sign. They went out of their way to make sure my daughter will no longer have any issues with her future transportation. It makes me reassuring and grateful that both management and the owner was willing to get in contact with me and reassure me that things will be better. Ican honestly say that I feel more confident moving forward. Thank you to Cathay Express
