I will never give this place my money again. I have never dealt with such a rude person. Christina speaks to you like you are nothing and she is doing you a favor by even answering a single question.
Also the carpet I received did not hold up to dirt and cleaning after one week of use.
We carpet many many places and would much rather support a business that is pleasant like Halls Carpet.

What a waste of time, I'm a GC and I was trying to acquire some carpet from my new client designer in the city only to find out that they will not give me any pricing because I'm not a real client I don't even get how they are still in business when they're treating clients like that but I would just caution you whoever reads this move on to a different company they that were worth it of your time money and effort people like that should not be in business.
I just received their feedback with excuses as always the simple thing is if you don’t wanna deal with clients over the phone cancel the phone And write clearly that you only dealing with walkins or over an email. It’s a simple as that approach, but I guess They don’t really care about any of us clients simply no respect whatsoever for human being and clients

This is a glowing review.
I highly recommend Carpet Time for so many reasons. They are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and on-time.
At first, I was a bit "off-put" by having to set up a scheduled time to visit the shop but found that this worked perfectly. We were able to enter the shop and be served straight away. We came prepared as requested with pictures and measurements. We were then best able to choose from a smaller selection of carpets based on our preferences.
Payment, delivery and installation was seamless! The installation crew was super diligent and friendly. As a final step, the store then reached out with a final email after installation (great customer service to say the least).
We will definitely use Carpet Time as our go to place in the future.

I cannot express how amazing my experience with Carpet Time was, from start to finish. Eleanor is an extremely kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate person and has made this the easiest process possible.My partner and I just purchased our first apartment and wanted to get the living room and master bedroom carpeted. Walking into the showroom, we had no idea what we were looking for, but Eleanor gave us amazing options based on pictures we showed her of our furniture and wall colors, and we found our dream carpets almost instantly. It was so easy to say yes with such a reputable, reasonable, and high-quality company looking out for our best interests. Turnaround time was super-fast, and the installation was perfect! The employees who came for the installation (I'm sorry I forgot their names) were the nicest people and did an outstanding job! Even with no central air, on a hot summer day, these guys worked hard and never complained. (They even left us with a carpet cleaning kit!)We are so appreciative to Eleanor and her entire staff for taking such good care of us. It really felt like we were high profile clients, and the results were unbelievable!! Choosing Carpet Time was the best decision we made. This experience was a great start to making our house a home.Thank you!
