Poor customer service, we had to wait almost 25 min to unlock and buy some bags.
The response from the personal assistance was that she didn't have the keys and she couldn't help.
Finally she went for the keys, unlocked the bags, but was rude and had a really bad attitude.

It's only November 3rd and I waited on the line for 1.5 hr come to see that only 5 registered open and 4 people behind them putting hanger away. The people on the register take their sweet time.

There is absolutely no reason why the line should reach the opposite end of the store. You would think management would make everyone jump on a register to take care of the line. Nope!!! 2 people working as Cashiers while this line was literally from the front door to the back wall. This is my second time coming here and walking out due to this. I can only imagine how many others have done the same. Loosing customers & revenue.

I really like good prices on clothes, and the only thing is that sometimes there is too much line to pay but there are such nice things, it is recommended.

I've been there other times in the past and it was one of the best stores. Now in 09/2024 the store has much fewer items, with regular service and a 1 hour delay to go through the checkouts.

This Burlington on Chase and Northern Boulevard has a decent selection of stuff, but it's really hit or miss. The lines to checkout were super long, and there weren't enough cashiers working. It was hard to find someone to help me, and the store itself didn't have a clear layout - I basically had to hunt down anything that looked good.
If you've got the time and energy to search, you might find some cool stuff at this Burlington. Just don't go if you're in a hurry or need any help.

Manager Claudia stole money from my moms wallet, after my mom left it with a cashier my mom called the store back and they told her they found it! Come to find out, my mom was missing all her money and after discussing with Claudia she finally went to get her only a portion of her money. She was very nasty on the phone and i was left no choice but to call the cops on this staff. Highly unprofessional manager, didnt handle the situation like a Store Manager should at all!
