Horrible!We are waiting an hour no body’s cares about it, we ask them how long more it’s gonna be take, they said we have to wait, there is not that much trucks but maybe they’re sleeping inside.It’s really poor service I never had.

Bldg 66 jfk the worst to pick up and drop cargo, use another airline. The worst and don't have a system how they survive so long...NCA suck BA suck
