BJ's Wholesale Club offers a designated shopping hour for members aged 60 and older from Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 9 AM, and for first responders on Sundays from 8 AM to 9 AM. However, customer service and stock levels have been noted as areas needing improvement, with some reviews comparing it unfavorably to local competitors like Costco. Despite these concerns, many customers report positive experiences. One first-time visitor praised the seamless process of obtaining member cards and the efficiency of the online pickup service, highlighting the hospitable staff. Additionally, a customer expressed gratitude for the bakery team’s quick assistance in preparing a special cake on short notice, showcasing the dedication of some employees. However, there are mixed feelings about the value of food options, such as those offered at Burger City, which, while delicious, are considered too pricey for regular purchases. Overall, BJ's is seen as a place with potential but also areas needing attention.
My friends, staff and I have been to this place and got a shopping cart then showed the membership and went into the store and bought lots of things like pies, cake and other things. Also, there were a lot of people there looking for things or ordering cakes.

Customer service isn’t what it used to be. Also the stock isn’t the greatest. Good enough stuff. I’m comparing to local Costco which is stacked with many more things.

This same BJ took money out my father's debit card when we didn't even renew the membership. But overall this BJ like any other one is big and have everything you need
