I was surprised to see so many people with high body fat, obvious muscle imbalances and bad form who said they were long time members. They seemed to lose more and more muscle every class. I guess they were just happy to weigh less.

BE CAREFUL: This place is filled with kind faces and motivating personalities. They will definitely push you and help get you to where you need to be but I suggest you take the full duration of your trial before you decide to sign up for a membership.After my first class I was so excited and motivated I decided to sign up right then and there. Paid over 1K, split into 2 payments bc I couldn’t afford to pay all at once. Then I got sick and couldn’t go in for a while, during that time I still worked out; just at home. I realized that I actually prefer going at my own pace, it gives me less anxiety and makes the workout more enjoyable for me. Once I recovered enough to exercise near other people, I genuinely didn’t want to go back. Even though I’m only 2 months in to the membership (really 1 bc I missed a month due to sickness) I was told that since I paid in full, I will not be refunded any amount of money even though my experience was not enjoyable for me. Those months I paid for are mine, so I can go back whenever apparently which I guess is fair. My only issue with it is that I don’t actually want to go back.Again, nothing against the people that run this gym they are great and so so kind. It’s just not the kind of exercise I want to do. I just wish they were able to help me out a little more in the end. All in all, take the full time of the trial to decide you actually want to stick with it, don’t jump the gun like I did because there’s no take backs.

Ok so let me just start off with some background. This is the heaviest I've ever been. In the past I've done lipo, purging, pills, any GET THIN QUICK scam out there. I would lose and gain it right back. I WAS FINALLY READY to join BBB! My two friends and I signed up for the discounted month trial period to see if this was something I'd commit to. My first day, A MONTH AGO, it was with Jonathan. I'm embarrassed to say, I QUIT THAT DAY. I absolutely could not do it, I was ashamed and waited outside for my two friends to finish. It was mortifying. I was convinced to go back two days later and give it another shot. I STRUGGLED but I somehow did it, barely. This day Carlos was the instructor. I suffer from vertigo so when I told both instructors, they understood I was limited on some positions and gave me alternatives. Two weeks pass and I've been consistently going Mondays and Wednesdays and one Saturday or a Sunday. My SECOND week going, they remembered my name. Was it because I was the girl who QUIT the first day or was it that these trainers actually care to know the name of every student they torture? Either way, I appreciated it. On a Wednesday, I was STRUGGGGLING and in my head I cursed out Carlos the whole class! Then during a circuit, he calls my name and says I BELIEVE IN YOU! I swear I wanted to cry. When I tell you that touched me in a way you couldnt even believe, its exactly what I needed to hear to continue to TRY and get thru this class. My THIRD WEEK I decided to add a Tuesday to the mix. This was with Salim. I mean this in the most RESPECTFUL WAY, he can be such an a$$hole but in the best way. His sarcasm and attitude kept me entertained as he also got cursed out in my head as I was struggling to do the class. I complained as he passed by, and he mimicked me and I thought OH NO HE DIDNT!!! LOL! I have OFFICIALLY signed up and committed to a year of Better Body Bootcamp. I'm waiting for the day for my body to crave these bootcamps. It hasnt happened yet but I'm sure its just a matter of time. So I'm a month in, going 4 times a week and I have lost half of ONE of my chins. The goal is to get my jawline back! :-) I want to sometimes just have a few beers and pig out and I hear CARLOS in my head say, EATING RIGHT IS HALF THE BATTLE, DONT BE A JERK!! I am so appreciative of the whole staff at BBB and the other members are SOOOO NICE! I'm really glad I WAS READY to start this journey and everyday I hope to be able to push myself just a little bit more! I have realistic goals, and with BBB I am sure I will get there. So thank you Jonathan, Carlos and Salim. YOU ARE GIVING ME BACK THE PERSON I LOST A FEW YEARS AGO. #Grateful-Ali

I attended a class tonight, 11.29. Salim was the trainer. This was the first class I have taken at BBB and won't be returning. Not understanding partner drills and new to working out, the tone and how he spoke to members were rude! People spend their money to work out not be spoken to rudely

BBB changed my life. I decided to join during the pandemic and it was right across the street from my house. Who would have thought it would have changed my life. I went from being sad and tired to full of life and energetic. Workouts are tough but the trainers and others around you offer unlimited support and help you push through. If you are looking for a supportive, motivating group to go on a weight loss journey or just get in shape choose BBB. Trainers are top notch and motivate you every step of the way.

I have been attending better body for over a year now and I must say it is the best decision I have ever made for myself. The trainers especially at this location are so driven to help us members get to our goals and maintain them. Definitely have to give a shout out Jonathan & Deanna for always pushing me to do my actual best. I’ve lost over 24lbs & Im not stopping so I would definitely recommend trying this place out ! ??❤️

Nice gym, I love the wipes and being able to clean the machines easily. Customer service was average but the gym has what it need.

BBB is a community where everyone is ready to cheer each other on and push each other to achieve their goals. Every class I'm motivated to do a little better and I'm always surprised by what I'm capable of. I've never felt this fit and comfortable with my body.I've taken most classes with Deanna and there is no one more passionate, dedicated, knowledgeable and inspiring. She accepts every member as they are and works with every fitness level to help everyone achieve their individual goals.This is the best place I've been to for fun, engaging, exciting and effective workouts and I've tried it all: CrossFit, Martial Arts, Class Pass, Gym Memberships, etc.

I love it here, great environment, different trainers, different music and styles of bootcamp. It’s challenging but rewarding.It’s always clean and they try to help you any way they can and you get a bang for tour buck comparing to other bootcamp places.

Don’t waste your time a punch of crooks. I had the three day free try out, and at the end of the class I was told. That I had to pay $49 I paid because I was confused because the lady told me too I went home I saw on the site that I did have a three pass. I called the manager and asked for a refund I was told I would get within three business day. I didn’t fat my refund this place is worthless I will report to Better business

I was lied too and was told I had to pay $49 for myself and my niece a total of $98. When I already had a 3 day free pass. I called for a refund I still didn't receive. Crooks runaway dont join disgusting liars doesn't deserve 1 star

For many years I've looked for a gym or an exercise that I would enjoy and would see results. I've tried regular gyms and I've tried personal trainers; and all that was just a lot of money and time wasted. Gym memberships and even trainers didn't give me that ambition I needed to get up and go workout. I never wanted to spend hours in the gym to get results. When I was introduced to Better Body Bootcamp, I found the push I needed. I saw quick results with consistency and new healthy habits and I didn't have to spend hours in the gym every day to get it. Nor did I have to spend more money for a personal trainer on top of a gym membership. At Better Body Boot Camp it's having a personal trainer at every workout to guide you and push you to your highest limits. And I like the group setting because everyone is there for the same reason, to reach their fitness goals. It's not like in a gym where there is judgment. Everyone motivates each other to be better. Even through a pandemic, better body bootcamp became even better and made the changes necessary to keep their members safe and keep our fitness goals first. They didn't shut their doors like other gyms; Instead they evolved and started training on zoom. In the locations, members have individually work stations so no one is sharing equipment. Better body truly has the best trainers, former trainers and the current trainers. They help each member work on their fitness goals and push us to meet those goals. Each trainer has their own training technique which is beneficial to the members to keep every class unique. No classes are ever the same, but every class has high intensity and is fat burning. Every class gets the members better and stronger. I was so confident and had full trust in Better Body's trainers that I even worked out all nine months of my pregnancy. The trainers modified my exercises to ensure a safe workout during pregnancy. I couldn't wait to get back after maternity leave and like a family I was welcomed back with open arms. A regular gym would not know who you are or care if you come or go. I was never passionate about fitness until better body. And once I started becoming more fit, my life got better. I became more confident and more resilient in everyday life. Better Body has transformed me more than any other gym or trainer every has in the past. Everything about this place gives me adrenaline, and at the end of every work out I am in the best mood for the rest of the day. I would never want to go back to a boring gym again.

What can I say about this amazing place? The fact that they have classes from 6am to 6pm? Sure that's great. The fact they have all the equipment with stations for each person. That's also pretty amazing. But for me it's the group classes that feel like individual personal training sessions. The trainers are so accommodating. I am never going back to a regular gym again. Down 15 pounds in a month and I won't stop. Ever.
