I am upset that I didn't ask the lady's name who ran the store because she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with my plumbing situation. She took her time to work through each scenario and each possibility with me and guided me towards the right direction. I wish there can be a 6th star because she really helped in my time of need.

I recently visited bell hardware store and was impressed by their wide selection of products and knowledgeable staff. The store was well-organized and easy to navigate, making it simple to find what I was looking for. The staff were friendly and helpful, answering all of my questions and providing useful advice. I asked to make three keys and it was quick and easy. Overall, I had a great experience at this hardware store and would definitely recommend it to others. ?

Knowledgeable and helpful..and fast. There was a time when I needed a specific drill bit fast. I called in and they were able to know exactly what I need after asking me a few more questions. When I arrived and told them I called in, the drill bit was at the counter already for me to checkout with the cashier!

In a time when most relationships are digital & transactional, Nancy and Bell Home & Hardware area beacon of humanity and a reminder of what the neighborhood can represent. I've been to the store for a few times and seen the customers come in and Nancy knows so many of them by name and vice versa. I've come to Nancy for plumbing issues, plastering advice and most recently to replace all of my window screens (12+). Nancy is extremely knowledgeable, and the prices are more than reasonable, especially considering the expert advice. So far Nancy has saved me over $500 in professional fees so I'm definitely ahead. It's such a pleasure walking in here, seeing the neighborhood come together and improving their property, chatting with Nancy, and also nice to see the neighborhood support local. If there was a pot of coffee in there, I'd probably never leave. Let's keep the neighborhood thriving, Bayside. Go to Bell home and hardware and experience it for yourself. You won't regret it.

Bell Home & Hardware has saved me countless times. Whether it’s an emergency purchase like a wet vac or a routine hardware run for a masonry drill bit, BHH has it all. Nancy and her staff really know their inventory and keep well stocked. Once I grabbed a thermocouple off the shelf to repair my boiler not realizing it was too short. They called that to my attention and got me a 36” piece. Saved me a lot of frustration and got our heat back on quickly.BHH pays attention and gives each customer friendly, courteous and most importantly knowledgeable service. I know I can count on BHH and am so grateful that they are in my community. I would strongly recommend you take your next short list of hardware or cleaning items to BHH. Not only will they fill it at a great price but you can see for yourself how much more they have to offer.Keys copied? Recycling can? No problem.

Bell home and hardware is the hardware store I go to all the time. They repair the window screens and lamps. My window screens and door screen is perfect after they repaired it. And they also carry Pequa, the most effective drain opener.

I have been going to this location since I was a high schooler trying to figure out how to fix odd things around the house. The business changed owners in the recent years, but it is still the same great hardware store if not better. In the recent years, the new owner has taught me a few things on some home repairs and even helped me source specific parts for my company. All in all, Bell Home & Hardware is an amazing local family owned business that continues to provide and help the community. They are very knowledgeable and always willing to help.Thank you!!

Love this place!Went in last week to replace an old padlock for my front door. The store has an amazing selection! I don't really know what I'm doing and I'm so glad the staff was so eager to help and guide me to the right direction! Definitely coming back if I need to fix anything else.
