My wife and I are very satisfied with the service at this dry cleaners. Kelly has done some complicated alterations for us recently, and she did an amazing job!She is very skilled and very professional.

Great service and very friendly. They do an excellent job with dry cleaning and laundering. I have also had some last minute alterations done on a tuxedo jacket which were done perfectly. I highly recommend both the dry cleaning and alteration services provided !

I have been a customer of Baybridge for a while and they always do good work. Recently I brought in a black and white gown which had a stain on it. I was worried the dress could not be saved. Today I went to pick up the dress and I was so happy the stain is gone! Amazing, thank you!

I wanted to go in the morning before work but she didn’t get in till 10am & I work from 10-6pm in Hudson Yards!. I live in the area & needed my pants hemmed. She waited for me get there said “Drive slow & safe no rush I’ll wait for you! Amazing customer service & lovely person. She even said I need to wear a spanx love the honesty! Let me add she had never met me my first time!Service: Alterations

I have used their service twice for quick dry cleaning when I came back to NY from an out of town visit. I needed them quickly as I was flying out again shortly but I was assured my items would be completed on time. Both items came out perfectly clean in a timely manner. 1. Poor service. 2. Quality of work is inconsistent. Sometimes OK, sometimes NOT. 2. They DO NOT give the customer a copy of the ticket, (that describes what items you left with them), EVER, unless requested by the customer! That's CRAZY! They only give you the credit card receipt. So, if there is a dispute over the number of items they delivered to you, you have NO PROOF of the number of items that you dropped off. Kelly, while initially seemingly nice, has a very poor command of the english language, which makes communication with her a constant issue. Recently, I left 7 items with them, four for cleaning, three for tailoring. Of course, NO TICKET was given to my wife! The husband then delivered the 3 tailoring item ONLY. When I told him the delivery was "short" by four items, he became VERY hostile, and walked away while I was "mid-sentance" trying to make him understand. Generally, I have found HIM to be very aggressive and at times down right NASTY! I had high hopes for this place, but now they are DEAD TO ME! Buyer beware, they do NOT "have their act together". Very "1970's Moma-Papa mentality/attitude. They act like they are doing you a favor by taking your garments. Also, they CHAGRE a fee for paying by credit card! This really irritates me, as providing credit card payment services to your customers is "a cost of doing business", and should NOT be passed on to the customer. OVERALL - dealing with this (couple) is often an irritating, frustrating experience. Surely, there must be a friendly, fully COMPETANT dry cleaners still doing business (somewhere) in Bayside, Queens?

I have used so many different dry cleaners over the years, but Roger and Kelly at Baybridge Cleaner’s have got to be the best ! They are so hard working and trustworthy. They always go out of their way for you and treat you like royalty. They have on numerous occasions returned jewelry and even large sums of $$$. The owners and staff here are some of the most honest, hardworking and respectful people I have ever met ! They are always so friendly and helpful. They actually return found items left behind on your clothes and have even returned $ when they have come across it. Thank God there are still some decent people in this world. I can't say enough about Baybridge Cleaners and would highly recommend them.

They were great, until they lost my husband black dress pants and my floral dress. They claimed it was never brought in for dry cleaning, but that wasn’t true, the items were dropped along with my other clothes. Very disappointed and can’t be trusted. Won’t be returning.

The best cleaners every. Omg I'm so satisfied with the outcome. My daughter had a candy stain and they got it out with no problem, also very nice and friendly. This will definitely be my new cleaners
