“This is a very honest shop and Reed really helped me out! I was hit by a wreckless driver who scratched the side of my car. Reed took a look and had his shop clean the sides and the scratches were miraculously removed. He didn’t charge me for this service but I will be back to get their help removing a dent that was left over. Cannot recommend this shop enough! Amazing hard working honest employees!! So glad I trusted my gut and came here!”

I called on Sunday morning about a mechanical issue and he came right after to inspect the issue. It took him less than an hour to diagnose the problem. I've had issues with my old 2008 Saturn and he managed to help me on that. And now I have a new electric Toyota and I was able to bring it in and getting pricing to fixing my bumper. “Such a great experience working with Rick and Kate. I actually couldn't imagine a better experience at an auto repair shop.

I called several different ones initially to get my NYS inspection updated, and in talking to Kate over the phone, it was clear that they were different than the others, so it was an easy choice ultimately. When I brought my car over for the inspection, I asked about car washes because my car had been sitting unused in a garage for ~6 months, and they simply offered to clean it for free in the street while I was waiting.

My car then needed additional repairs (and I ultimately decided to sell it), and Rick and Kate were incredibly accommodating, allowing me to cancel my monthly parking garage and just keep the car at their shop until I was able to find a buyer.

I really can't recommend them enough (as you can see because I never write Google reviews). They are really doing things differently, with unparalleled customer service, and it turned a potentially stressful situation into a really pleasant one.

“This review is looooong overdue but I just left Abushi and had yet another amazing experience so I have to praise them a little bit. 3 years ago Abushi did a customized wrap with some sick details and sold us some beautiful rims to finish the look. Fast forward to a few weeks ago and these guys helped me out in a pinch after a local mechanic replaced two of my tires and fu%k3d up 5 lug nuts. I didn't know where to go so I went to Abushi asking if the could sell me replacements. They replaced all lug nuts right then and there for FREE, no questions asked! Amazing service. Then I asked about my rims getting cleaned up (had some damage from pulling next to curbs) and they were able to send them out and have them cleaned up in 24 hours. They look brand new, like they just came out of the box and for an awesome price, too. I will never take my car anywhere else. These guys are the real deal and are so amazing to work with. “I can’t recommend Shamil and his team enough! They were fantastic in helping me identify and address my car’s issues. I called in on Labor Day and they got back to me right away, despite it being a holiday. Shamil and his team were very responsive (text and phone) and informative.

It turns out that I had a rusted suspension that needed replacing, including the front and rear strut and shock assembly, as well as the steering knuckle.

I called “the custom shop” and anand picked up. He said yes with no hesitation. It was on a friday afternoon that i called and he was honest to say he wont start the car same day which was fine with me because its not an everyday car. They did a clean install although they had to modify crrtain things but however they kept me informed and did the right thing. I am happy with the job. “Went here to get a custom downpipe welded and a custom exhaust front to back, the two guys that do the cutting and welding worked fast and precise together. The lady was very friendly and helped me throughout the process to make sure the exhaust was how I wanted it to be. From how the flex-pipe was oriented, the position of the o2 sensors and even how I wanted the custom muffler positioned at the back was all taken care of. Will definitely come back here for any other exhaust work done. The price was definitely reasonable for the work provided.”
