“I have had many antiquarian prints framed at Ideal Framing over the years. Ideal Framing has done a tremendous job in giving me framing advice and executing the framing itself. There work is always delivered in a timely manner. They are my first choice for framing!”

“Terri does a spectacular job every time! I've had at least 4 pieces done at Art World & each time I'm beyond pleased. The latest piece really is my favorite. The team created a showcase of medals where the ribbons weaved throughout the piece! Everyone who sees it LOVES it!The team at Art World really has a unique eye for details, everyone is friendly & the prices are very fair. Terri is an artist in her own class. What a phenomenal lady! I highly recommend Art World!”

“The fact that I downloaded 50 photos to Yelp! And could have downloaded many more should be the first clue. This is now one of my top NYC experiences. The Living Museum is located on the south campus of the Creedmore Psychiatric Facility. Housed in a decaying former cafeteria, it is an active artistic space for psychiatric patients that is open to the public. Thousands of square feet of art, covering nearly every surface, in this haunted, surreal, AMAZING space. You could come here every day for a year and still see something new. The art is sophisticated, creative, unique, thought provoking, and is for a good cause. This is not only a fantastic art museum, but a wonderful therapeutic outlet for patients. I connected with one of the founders, Dr. Marton, as well as Dr. Reyhani, the director of exhibits. They were both warm, accommodating, and responsive. They helped me to see this exhibit, which I have now recommended to each of my friends who frequent New York. This is emotional. Intense. Maybe life changing. Best museum in New York, hands down.”

“Relatively smaller space holding big impressive pieces. Also little gems hidden everywhere. MINIMALIST, brutalist air. It puts to shame all the passive aggressive architecture around it. This place is a good sibling to Noguchi Museum and PS1. It’s worth visiting all three the same day, also Hunter’s Point parks and Roosevelt Island memorial are in the same architectural vein and relatively close”

“If you find yourself in the LIC area and are looking for something to do in your free time, this museum is the perfect choice!During the week, I visited this museum with a friend, commuting all the way from BK. The transfer from the Q train to the local train was seamless, and it only took a quick 3-minute walk to reach the museum entrance. The best part? Tickets are completely free for NYC residents! Yes, you read that right - FREE! Just make sure to order them online in advance. There was no waiting time to enter, and the staff members were incredibly friendly from the moment we arrived until we left. Although it's a smaller museum, you can expect to spend a maximum of 90 minutes exploring all it has to offer. If you happen to be in the LIC area, I highly recommend paying this museum a visit. Additionally, I suggest coming during the late spring or early summer to witness the breathtaking permanent James Turrell exhibit. Trust me, it will transport you to another dimension both mentally and spiritually. It's an experience that I would definitely return for.”

“Such a great place to bring your dog and be able to get them to socialize. First time going and being introduced. There’s the little beach area if your dog wants to jump in the water and cool off, and there’s also this really cute dog cafe across the street to grab a bite to eat.”
