This is the worse place ever. I have no idea how they have patients. I went twice. My appointment was cancelled after waiting 2 hrs and the 2nd time I waited over an hour. It was also empty and the few ppl there just kept walking out. Horrible.

This area is a scam. Went for CD reports for my mom. They asked me for 5 dollar cash. I said I have to pay? She said yes and only by cash. After a few moment they said their system is down not working. So they can not give me any CD reports for memogram. Very unprofessional and it's not legal to take cash from a patient that way. Be aware of this place!! This is the most disgusting place I experienced.

Nice customer service. Few times they call and text. It’s nice place. Excellent setting area clean and coffee for customers.

This place is a true testament to how broken the American health care system is. My appointment was for 9 A.M., pick up scheduled for 8 A.M. as I have been in 2 car accidents and can not drive myself nor take public transit. The receptionist called me every day since the appointment was made to remind me, and I confirmed as well that I would be picked up at 8. Morning of the scheduled pick up time, transportation did not arrive. I called every number listed on my referral and could not reach anyone, left 3 messages and emailed them, and not until 8:50 did someone call me back. At this point I’m livid, and they still couldn’t get my ride right. One receptionist is calling me telling me it’s this car, less than a minute later a different receptionist is calling me and telling me a different car, and has the audacity to have an attitude when I said but I thought it was X car. At this point I run out of patience and say how dare you be rude to me and this girl asks me what’s wrong with me. What’s wrong is you people don’t respect your client’s time or schedule and are completely incapable of something as simple as scheduling rides on time, which is why I didn’t even bother getting in the car because I can only imagine how unorganized and chaotic the office itself is. These people should be ashamed to call themselves any type of medical professionals. Absolute buffoonery. I would give negative five stars if I had the option.

The receptionist Riza was unprofessional and also the x ray tech. They made up excuses on why they couldn't perform their job. I went in as a walk in and don't waste your time here and go somewhere else that has some kind of professionalism. I hope Mohammed will get some staff who are more professional cause you will lose business due to them!

The office space is nice and clean. the technician is humble and friendly. However, The receptionist was very rude and disrespectful. The receptionist seats in the middle doesn't even know what she was doing. Very unprofessional, unorganized, don't work in order. Make the patient feel uncomfortable.

Brand new diagnostic facility with helpful customer service. It's kind of difficult to find this place on Google maps though. The facility is located in the corner of Homelawn St and Cedarcroft Rd (Next to Sagar Chinese)

This is a Recently opened Diagnostic Service office, I was informed by my Doctor Mansoor Farooki from Best Medical Care assistant to use this place for MRI as people have been giving positive feedback. I have been always using the a Diagnostic Service Office in Flushing for past few years for all my X-rays/MRI or other types of Diagnostic Services but based on her opinion I decided to give this place a try. Upon making the reservation, I had received follow up which was nice. I was even told on the follow up call that there will be an hour plus wait time. Parking : Upon Arriving, the parking in the area was much easy to find compared to the Flushing Diagnostic Service office. In fact, I found parking without any meter :) Overall Experience : Upon entering the office, the staff greeted me with smile, informed me what to fill out and offered me free cup of coffee with cookies. The place being new is kept in good clean condition. I would Highly recommend anyone in the area seeking Diagnostic Services to use this location. Your already in a stressful mind, might as well go to a place that make you feel less stressful!
