Anthony and the rest of the office staff are professional, experienced and take the time to discuss the needs of their clients. They return phone calls promptly and will also get back to you via email. Happy that they are in my neighborhood.

I have never spoken to Anthony since he inherited my account when my original agent sold the business. So far I have just paid him which has gone well. I guess if I ever have to file a claim I will know his value and hopefully I will be satisfied.

When I was bringing my business to him, all of my calls, emails and concerns were addressed. Now that I’m leaving to go back to GEICO, which by the way is far cheaper, me emails regarding my refund is not being answered. At renewal, my premium went up. I canceled my policy 1 day later. I was told that it would take 4-5 days for my funds to be returned to me….it’s been weeks and weeks and they haven’t even cancelled my policy yet. Their customer service, especially Steven Horbatuk, is horrible. He’s buddy buddy when he’s getting your money…don’t try to call him after he’s received your money because he will always have to call you back…And NEVER does
