Newly renovated convenience store. The new owners took over from this elderly Chinese couple who ran a candy/lotto store. The place is newly renovated so it looks pretty nice. I usually get ny daily lotto tickets here and occasionally grab a bubble tea. Yes, this random lotto store has bubble teas. It's not the best, but it'll do for a quick sugar fix. The owner is nice and friendly.

Cheapest Fairlife Protein shakes and Shin Ramyun around the neighborhood. Pretty sure the core water is the cheapest around too

A nice neighborhood convenience store. It's a nice quiet place to study. There's 3 small round tables with seating. Especially nice if you like plants too. There's plenty as decoration but it seems they're also for sale. Came in here a few times for drinks, specifically for the mango green tea with lychee jelly ($4.50L) and brown sugar boba ($4.50L). Both are pretty good and the price is just nice. Obviously not a chain like the boba stores on main st. The lady working is also really nice. She tries to make conversation and talks to the people. Although I've only came a few times, she remembers me and what drinks I like to get. Something new they have is a scratch card bouquet. Last time I've been, they had flowers. But according to the person who got me mine, they now do custom ones with different things.

An interesting shop that serves bubble tea and has a large assortment of candy, but also sells a large array of plants. Glad they still have the highlights from before like ice cream, bubble tea, and candy. Love the new drinks that they added and love the creativity in new things they added.

This place is truly a multi-purpose space. It’s a café, boba shop, plant store, chocolatier/dessert shop and convenience/snack store. I happened to be in the neighborhood trying out the new Chinese take out spot next door and saw that Angie’s Convenience Store didn’t have any reviews listed on Yelp. So, while I waited for my food, I decided to peruse Angie’s.For all the hats that this store wears, it still feels very spacious and has a nice layout. The plants sold here range from $5 and up. It looks like the chocolate and candies are homemade (but I’m not positive) and are sold my weight. They certainly don’t look like they are mass produced or came out of a box. The snack and convenience area has the usual chips, gum, candy selection that you would see in any local bodega.I decided to order a Mango Slush Boba drink. This is my go-to order whenever I’m trying out a new spot. I don’t think any real fruit was used in the drink, but it still tasted pretty good. Also, I liked the very fine consistency of the slush. If I’m ever in this neighborhood again, I wouldn’t mind coming back to try other items in their drink menu. And I’m very curious to try their chocolates.

New owner Angie took over Simon's store, she renovated and brought new stuffs such as plants, flowers, bubble teas. The brown sugar bubble tea in here is only $4.5 for a large size!!!! Others are around $7-8... As Angie said, lottery will be available very soon. So happy to have bubble tea and plants store in our neighborhood.
