Who doesn't love a Centurion Lounge? Aside from the lame policy where you can't bring any guests for free, The Centurion Lounge is always amazing. The decor, staff, and food are on point and the facility is clearly designed for luxury. I like how this location has a little speakeasy type bar on the bottom floor. I like their big windows, but in the morning, the sunshine can be pretty harsh, so seek out a shaded area. As long as I got my AMEX Platinum, I'll be back!

I really enjoyed this lounge, the food options were very nice and utilized quality ingredients with useful descriptions. I like how they had local salmon and delicious fresh berries with breakfast. The truffle croquettes were very nice as well. There is a downstairs area that is much quieter with slightly smaller food offerings but lots of space and fewer people! They have to shower rooms that you need to ask about in order to partake. I had a very enjoyable shower after 18 hours of traveling! They had toothbrush and shaving kits and shower cap if you ask. Service was wonderful, people were constantly cleaning up and making sure we were well taken care of. This is my first time in a centurion lounge as there aren't any in the airports that I usually fly through. A nice alternative to the delta lounge!

Breakfast time (6:10 AM) at Amex centurion lounge is relatively quiet. There were eggs, sausage patty, quiche, and potatoes offered as hot food. They amhad parfait, fruits and pastries for cold items. We served ourselves after checking in at the front desk. It would be a nice touch if they had put signs up to know what ingredients are used.

We think this is the best lounge at JFK airports. We came here with two kids. Staff was nice. There was ample space everywhere. There is hot food! That was the best part! My husband loved the speakeasy bar, the kids and I loved the food. There was hot food and desserts. A fancy self service coffee machine and a fancy water dispenser (still and sparkling). My flight was delayed by 4hrs, and we got there 2 hours before our original flight, so we were there for 6hrs! We had lunch and dinner here! Very clean and very comfortable seats. You can also book a massage free of charge! That was a nice added bonus! Overall great lounge! Not all lounges have hot foods!

This place does the job. Makes the waiting for a flight actually pleasant. Plenty of charging stations for phones and laptops, full bar, two levels to this place with identical offerings. There is not a very extensive buffet, but enough. If you are lucky enough to get there when they have their truffled mushroom soup, you won't be disappointed.

I always come here every time I have a layover at JFK International Airport. I've noticed that it is often busy during the weekend, but on weekdays, especially on a Tuesday, there aren't a lot of people. The lounge has a good ambiance and a great food selection. I highly recommend that you go to the 1850 Bar on the lower level of the lounge. It's my favorite place here. It looks chic and cozy. They serve a fantastic 1850 Espresso Martini! The lounge also has clean and good shower amenities.

A pretty nice little place. Plenty of seating, warm heavy hors doevres and other finger foods too. Plenty of alcohol at the two bars. The photo is the Speak Easy. It's on the bottom floor and a right facing the runway. A brown door opens into this area. The bartender serves crafted cocktails and seating is at alcove tables for two along the back wall. No extra charge, but tip well.

Great visit. The entire downstairs was closed...but one of the employees just so happened to come up the stairs, I just asked if I could just take a look and he was more than happy to escort us down to take a look around. I asked where the speakeasy was and he was excited to show it off. Great Cusomter Service! Mahalo!

During the day I visited, Saturday- the place was jammed packed and they had closed the lower level for cleaning and this was around 10:15am. As for food offering, breakfast items were served but the foods were sitting around for some time. The sausage was very hard, bacon was decent, pancake was hard and chewy.Hope this was one off days as it surely didn't live up to the Centurion experience that I had expected.

Due to the architecture of the terminal it feels a little bit too tight and is smaller compared to other amex Centurion lounges. There are two levels, one of them featuring a nice speakeasy bar, with food and drinks on both levels. An equinox room is available for massages and other treatments, didn’t have a chance to try it out though.Good selection of food, sweet and savory, as well as snacks.Staff is always around and cleans up tables frequently.

The Centurion Club is always consistent. The team there is always friendly, and the food is always terrific with many nutritious options. Bar is well stocked with many higher end options. Expect a crowd on most days, though. You might have to circle around to find a seat. Be sure to check out the "Speakeasy" tucked in the back on the 2nd floor.

let's talk about the size. Compared to other airport lounges, the Centurion Lounge felt smaller in scale. This made it a bit more crowded during peak hours, and finding a comfortable spot could be a challenge. On the positive side, the complimentary massages provided by Equinox were a true highlight. A relaxing massage before or between flights is a luxury that's hard to pass up, and it added a unique and enjoyable touch to the lounge experience. The food offered was of good quality, but I found the options to be somewhat limited. While what was available was tasty, a bit more variety would have been appreciated, especially for travelers with dietary preferences or restrictions. One notable feature was the lounge's layout with two floors and two bars. It provided a sense of space and allowed for different seating options and atmospheres. It's a nice touch for those looking to unwind or work in a specific environment. However, one downside was the wait time for the bathrooms. Lines were not uncommon during my visit, which could be inconvenient, especially when time is of the essence before a flight. In conclusion, the American Express Centurion Lounge has its strengths and weaknesses. It may be smaller in size, but it offers unique amenities like complimentary massages and a two-floor layout with two bars. The food quality is good, but the options are somewhat limited, and there can be lines for the bathrooms. It's worth a visit if you have access, but be prepared for some potential crowding during busy times.

Amazing experience. The 1850 bar was the best, amazing service by the bartender Fanny. She was very professional and I loved her recommendations. 10/10

Proudly known as the largest AMEX lounge in the nation as it has two stories of seating with 1 bar upstairs and buffet and 2 bars downstairs with buffet. There is a secret copper wall which is a door to a thrilling speakeasy that makes you feel like you’re on a date or night out while traveling!

This place is hit or miss. This trip could have been better. Seating is not nearly enough. It is a 2 level facility but the elevator was out of order. The food was good. The people that work there could use some coaching. When they would be replacing a food tray at the buffet, they would block the whole buffet area with their cart and there was no sense of urgency to get done and get out of the way. This is my third trip here. 1st was great, 2nd was not good, this one left lots of room for improvement.
