One of the better Amex Lounge that I have been to. It was busy, but there were plenty of spaces to sit with fewer "reserved " signs on the table (unlike some other locations).Food and beverage selection is excellent.The staff was polite and helpful.The service is great. There is always someone passing by to collect empty plates and glasses. There was hardly any dirty tape anywhere.

Food was especially good this time; the vegetarian meatloaf was great, although there was some variance between different pots of the same food.The worst thing about this lounge is that they take plates away without asking. It's to the point where it's abrupt, rude, and annoying.Vegetarian options: Salad bar, always several veg hot items.

Although the space is small, AMEX does a good job of offering as much as possible to its lounge users. They have a full bar and buffet style food options.

Beautiful lounge in terminal B. The setup is great. Many quiet corners to relax in. There are plenty of food and drink options. The staff were very friendly. There are a lot of work space options as well.

Jfk centurion is superior. Food options were limited but coctails options were at par with what would be expected.

Nice lounge location and is brand new BUT man the food is AWFUL, completely inedible and I tried it all. I went to a Capital One Lounge the other day and it blew this out of the water. This lounge needs a complete and total revamp of all food and beverage

Had time before flight at LGA, went to lounge. Very convenient location at Terminal B. Friendly staff, clean environment. Didn’t have any food, just used the lounge to “lounge.”

Great lounge that got updated a few years back. Lots of comfortable areas to sit and relax while waiting for flight or layover. The food was good, but I thought it could be better. I ate at 12:30, so it was lunch time and still some of the food was cold or looked like it had been sitting a while. Veggie dishes were awesome, meat dishes very disappointing. I came here a few months back and had a nice breakfast before a flight. The food wasn't mind blowing compared to the lunch food I've had in other Centurion lounges, but it was definitely good quality. Service was top notch, and the lounge wasn't too crowded early in the morning. It was a nice quiet place to sit and read, and was so much nicer than sitting in the terminal. I also appreciate all the little details like a place to fill up your water bottle and the l'Occitane lotion in the bathrooms. The whole lounge experience was very nice.
