Aldo has a fantastic selection and I was very lucky to get the help of Issabell and Basit and they were really able to help me get everything I needed for the occasion I needed and only suggested the shoes with the top highest quality and I was very satisfied with their service. They’re completely professional and even signed me up on my email and help me get more discounts for the future definitely Recommend going to them at Queen Center mall the best store.

I love Aldo shoes and bags for me and family every years I spend near about $1000 on Aldo store in queens center mall last month I spend $197 that time sales person was so nice and sweet but last Friday I went to return shoes they refused to return sales person name is Isbeal or Isbeala I forgt her name but she so rude she refused to return and we also went pickup our online order that time also she was so rude with me and with my wife that also she refused to gv us carry bags bcos she said u order online u didn’t buy from us. She is not good customer care. She have not manners how to talk with customers we never go back this store. Pls avoid to go this store bcos return time they gv too much problem I will call to Aldo company for her complaint. I wish to gv 0 rating. I m going attach my receipt also to show I m real customer not fake.

Aldo is a store that has very nice shoes, but the customer service is terrible and they play too much loud Caribbean music. La música de la Calle It is not just Caribbean customers who are customers and they need to have a little more respect for people ?

The sales staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. The assistance received was prompt and friendly. Nathaly took her time to prepare the shoes I purchased from the display , assisted with signing up online and gave advice on shoecare and Maintenance.
