Always clean, tidy and fully stocked for the odd times softener or detergent runs out and more is needed. Mr. Lee and his assistant are always helpful and jovial. They make my least favourite chore go by faster.

I am so sick and tired of rude a** people that use this laundromat. I went here today because it was 8 mins away from my work assignment (obviously I arrived here after work) and have been lugging all the clothes I have not thrown out as pre-prep for a bed bug extermination for a few days in my car in plastic bags. I was desperate and in need of some understanding and sympathy. Instead, I was met with rude a** attitudes after I spent 30$ washing my clothes on hot and drying them in high heat for an hour. Only to be told that I can't fold here. I live in Astoria, in an apartment complex, that is currently suffering from a bed bug issue -- there was no way in HELL that I was lugging my clothes back to an apartment that is ~50 mins away during rush hour ESPECIALLY AN APARTMENT THAT NEEDS TO UNDERGO EXTERMINATION SERVICES. For the record, when this happened, there were only three other people in the laundromat besides myself and my friend who was kindly helping me. We were all wearing masks. I WAS PERSONALLY DOUBLE MASKED WITH A SURGICAL MASK AND A KN95. If your space is too small to conduct business during a pandemic then you shouldn't be open, PERIOD. this isn't like a movie theater or dining where people congregate for long periods of time. At the most, you're in there maybe up to 40 mins but not all at once (because who really sits inside a laundromat waiting for an hour for the dryers to finish -- and the hot wash lasts about 28 mins). Like really. Get it the f*** together. Show some understanding and compassion. Show some kindness and sympathy. This laundromat was used out of desperation because it was only 8 mins away from where my work assignment was (and I still need to do other pre-prep things for the apartment over the weekend since extermination is happening on Monday). I probably won't ever be here again. On a more technical note: in the past, I have used many laundromats considering that I live in an apartment that are just as small, if not smaller, than this one. Those laundromats have better machines (both washers and dryers) and during the height of the pandemic limited the amount of people that were allowed inside at once but people could still wash, dry, and fold their clothes. Go somewhere else. Not just because of my life story here but because there are better laundromats out there.

This is a great little laundromat in my neighborhood. Mr. Lee, the owner, keeps it nice and clean. Machines are kept well. Washers wash my clothes really good. My whites are white. My colours are still the same colour. **Due to you know what** No folding. staying inside when clothing are behind washed is a no-no. Place is wiped down pretty well after use. Has a nice clean bathroom if ever needed. Pretty fair prices for dry cleaning offered.

Owner is very friendly, and helpful. Worker is also nice. Place is kept clean. Usually busy towards the weekend.

New up to date machines. The laundromat is small but conveniently located. While they don't have a parking lot there is usually parking.
