FYI- for those seeking larger jobs - I requested an estimate for a detailed scope of work involving 2 bathroom renovations and a sand/polish wood floor. After paying $200 for measurements at the site visit in the city, I waited 2 weeks for an estimate and another week for revisions. They consistently came in 25-30% higher than other Manhattan based contractors with a non negotiable fee of $11,000 which included cleaning and insurance. Also Materials had to be from their store also.

Simon, Jack, and their team did a fabulous job for our apartment on upper east side. The quality of the work and services are one of the best I have experienced in the city so far. Would definitely recommend others to give a shot ?

We worked with Jack and Simon on our kitchen renovation earlier this year. It's been a very pleasant experience and we are very happy with the result. I go to Flushing a couple times a week and have always been fascinated by how many kitchen/bath/flooring shops are on that street. When the time came that we had to redo our little kitchen(things literally started to fall apart), I walked up and down college point blvd and did some window shopping. Advanced has easily the mostly professionally laid out show room, and the place is kept very nice and clean. Walked in and talked to them. The rest is history. Glad we had them do the job.

Compare with many other store located in flushing area, this store is more professional and helpful. They do have good customer service every time I went to the store. I bought many things from this store such as tiles, bathroom hardware and vanities. The do provide me detailed professional information about everything I need.

My wife and I checked out many places to purchase kitchen cabinets and then one day stumbled upon Advanced cabinetry. A gentleman by the name of Jack worked very patiently with us and explained plenty of details all around. He was fair in his pricing, and promised to meet our timing delivery deadline in which he persistently achieved. We are extremely happy by choosing them and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.Michael
