To pick the car in JFK you take a train then a bus pain in the but. Then you have to wait in a waiting area before you saw a a live person. They only individual at a time in the office area. Then to return the car they did not advise you have to off the property at Newark International Airport. A major inconvenience. Would never rent from them again

Overall great service especially for the price. Easy to follow directions on catching their shuttle and shuttle drivers were good. Got an up-sell and the hard sell on insurance that I didn't purchase but that's just the car rental business. Davron helped me out when I returned the car so a shout out to him for giving me his name in the first place.Their documentation process is a bit intense, with photos and videos of the car before and after each rental, but they weren't overly focused on any normal dirt, or wear and tear from safe usage. Would go back to them next time I need to rent a car at JFK.

Hi I am from Bangladesh, I rented the car from them(JFK hub) and the service is topnotch. They even give you a discount in the counter on insurance . Bob and the other staffs were very cooperative and helpful. Cheers and don’t hesitate to choose them. ??

Our flight got into JFK just after 9pm we called & called for our pickup. NO ANSWER!! We had to Uber over to the rental location to get our car. When I asked the girl helping us why they didn't answer she decided to play dumb telling me the phone never rang. Anyway, I tried it BUT WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! There is Alamo, Budget and Hertz right on the airport property with very good customer service. Even if I pay a little more I'll use another company next time!!

Today, I came to return the vehicle White Hyundai Elantra very beautiful car by the way only 3k miles on it! I almost felt like buying this vehicle, lol.Anyways, David was the person that came out, and he did a wonderful job! Super nice and friendly, by the way!Overall, it was a very good experience

I had an extremely great experience with this company. They always have clean cars and the agents are all friendly and helpful. Bob is a great agent at the JFK location and he is always cheerful and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle at a good price. Thank you!

Diana was super helpful and friendly. They were able to accommodate me even though I was 4 hours late for my booking. She also upgraded my car because she said I was friendly which is super awesome and very unexpected. Overall great experience and would definitely rent from here again.

I had to get a car rented as quickly as possible. ACE found me a very nice and affordable one. The process was as quickly as possible unlike other rentals. Davron i believe is his name was very courteous and friendly and explained all in details. I will definitely use Ace for future rentals needs. Thank you.

However, my positive initial impression quickly turned sour when my rental was denied due to a minor crack in my driver's license.The Ace agent at the counter explained that their scanning system could not read my license due to the crack, and therefore they could not proceed with the rental. I was understandably disappointed, especially since the same license had been accepted without issue just 30 minutes earlier at Hertz.While I appreciate Ace's adherence to rental policies, I believe their approach could be more flexible in handling minor license issues. A simple visual inspection of the license should have been sufficient to confirm my identity and validity of the license. Additionally, offering alternative solutions, such as manually entering my license information or accepting a secondary form of identification, could have prevented the rental rejection.Furthermore, the inconsistency in the application of policies between Ace and Hertz raises concerns about the reliability of Ace's decision-making process. Travelers should be aware of this policy and consider alternative rental options if they have any concerns about their license's condition or if they prefer a more consistent rental experience.Thank you hertz for accepting my license for a rental when Ace rent a car could not!

I had to fly to New York for my granddaughter’s wedding, and perform the ceremony. So my son and I rented a car from Ace. Once we arrived in New York. And went to Ace to pick up the car. As we were driving, we noticed that the tire pressure light came on so we put air in the tire front tire when we brought the car back. We told him about the situation that the tire pressure light was going on and we put air in the tire so they checked the tire And they found a screw in it. They told me they were going to replace the one tire. Now when we got there to pick up the car, they had taken a $500 deposit from me that I would get back if the car was in good condition. And except for the screw in the tire and that was if that wasn’t there before or after but who no’s so I was willing to pay for the one tire. But now they charged me for two tires so all I got back from my $550 was $35 Talk about a rip off so for five days it cost me $874 plus $50 fee that they charge if anybody drives the car but me, which we were never told about, I’m just putting it out there for everybody to beware! I think that’s really terrible ripping people off like that and here we were honest with them about letting them know about the tire light coming on and that’s we put air in it and everything and I was willing to pay for one tire that was fine but then they charged me for two tires I’m sorry talk about dishonest, misleading and totally overpriced. Like I told the person I spoke to I would never rent from them again and I would never never recommend them. I wouldn’t even give them one star. I usually don’t write reviews and this is the first one I am writing but this just really really really upset me and it’s not even about the money it’s just about being misled, and being totally taken advantage of ! like that is really really really sad.

For a lesser known name brand in the business, this was a good rental car experience. It was pricy (expensive) but it is NYC and I did not book way ahead of time. The business will try to upsell you all the normal coverages which is typical and as to be expected from any car rental business. There was a vehicle upgrade available upon asking which I did not take as it was only from a smaller Toyota (Corolla) to a larger one, (Camry). Lot is close to JFK on the side of Belt Parkway not far from POW / Sunrise Highway start. Overall good place and friendly staff. Aziz checked my car return in and was polite and friendly. This place is right next door to Smart Park JFK. Also known as DRIVO Rent a Car, ACE Rent a Car, and FOX Rent a Car. All three pretty much operate out of this location.

Miron is amazing, he took care of my rental with perfection and ease. I had a minor issue with my vehicle type and he was quick to get me back in the right vehicle. His customer service skills are top notch, he is a pleasure to work with and I appreciate everything he gives to be a kind human and one of the best at what he does! Thank you so much!!
