I don't know what these people are talking about. Always nice, quick and very timely. I live down the block to them and they have always treated me kindly. I'm gonna keep going back to them.

Tried this place despite the horrible reviews on grubhub. Never again, I pray that a covid outbreak shuts this incompetent place down. Unorganized, unbothered, low quality and rate bottom of the barrel TRASH!

Called last night 10x about a later ice cream order. They kept saying 5 more minutes, 10 more minutes. Then after two and a half hours they said it was cancelled and it wasn’t and they tried to charge me. Thank god for seamless refunding me. At the end the guy called me and cursed me out. Enjoy going out of business!!!!

This business does not care about its customers. First, they are rude and unorganized. Second, they have no concept of time or respect for people's time. Despite an extremely simple order that required no prep my order has still not arrived after being more than an hour late and despite multiple calls. Looking through the reviews I am seeing this is a consistent problem. How is this place still able to do delivery?! THEY ARE TERRIBLE.
