Very friendly staff. Except the maintenance ones, especially two of them. Very nice views. But definitely, as they say here, the building has insect problems. Small black or brown worms. They are everywhere and little round flying bugs, which I think come from the chillers or the floor and maybe they are the same, just at different stages of life ? we were never able to find out. We lived there for 3 years. To me it is incredible that they can be luxury buildings and have high rent costs with such pest problems.

Been here for three years… seems like every month or more frequently the elevators malfunction. Just went from the 8th floor to the 12th only after bouncing on the 1st floor for no reason. It felt like I was on a Disney ride. Needless to say the mechanical management of the elevators are substandard.

Good luck getting your package if it comes while Eric is the doorman. You'll have to wait until the next doorman takes over and picks up Eric's slack.

Just moved in two months ago and have a constant insect problem. There’s a A LOT of small flies, I can see 10 a day.. I even find them dead inside the fridge which is really gross!!! Even saw a roach in the apt the other day! This is a fairly new building but there’s so many insect problems. I literally just moved in and had no insect problem in my previous apartment, so it’s definitively coming from the building itself. Really worrying. Super stressful living here. Wouldnt recommend.

Elevators for the higher floors are CONSTANTLY out of service in this building and it's been this way for the past 2 YEARS! Sometimes need to wait 20min just for an elevator. 1 elevator for 12 floors is unacceptable. I've had to take the stairs down several times. Management doesn't care because they only ever go to the 2nd floor and take the ones that go to the lower floors. It happens so often that they've stopped sending out email updates to this on-going elevator issue which used to happen in the beginning. It's a weekly occurrence. If you're looking into moving here you MUST KNOW THIS!

I, sometimes, stay at my friends house and the views are amazing. The security is very friendly but thorough. The lobby is always clean and it is pet-friendly!It's conveniently located a few blocks from the city, from the train stations, bus stations and a different vibe of foods up and down the streets.If or when I get a place there myself, I'll review the experience as well!
