Been here for three years… seems like every month or more frequently the elevators malfunction. Just went from the 8th floor to the 12th only after bouncing on the 1st floor for no reason. It felt like I was on a Disney ride. Needless to say the mechanical management of the elevators are substandard.

Great management! We had great experience with Ivan Urgiles and his team. The buildings are very nice with the best amenities in LIC. Highly recommend! +++
