Pros: Great apartment & great staff. Its park and amenities are also unbeatable in LIC.
Cons: Elevators algorithms need improvement. Marlita of the package room is just not doing her job.

Great community and incredible staff. It is very well-located with multiple lines closeby. The building and the units are beautiful and modern. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly.
