Came here to pick up a prescription. Worst idea ever. Pharmacy tech said it will take 20 mins to fill my prescription an hour and a half later…no medication. Pharmacist was rude. I waited forever for nothing. I will be looking for a new pharmacy. Wait times too long. Line to talk to someone is too long. They need more staff with better training

Worst pharmacy!!!!
Prescription was sent over 2 weeks ago and it still was not filled. Wait in the line for over 30 mins. Then they asked to wait for 15 to 20 mins so why not just wait. Went up after 25mins mins to find out what's going on. They asked to wait for another 10 mins. This is ridiculous!!!! Something needs to be done!!!! They need more staff and staff that moves a bit faster!!!!

On hold as I am writing this review. Why am I holding for 25 minutes to give the pharmacy authorization information for my medication? Every time someone is about to answer they keep putting the call on hold. Customer service is awful. And the phone keeps ringing no response. Walgreens cooperative office needs to address these concerns.?????.The call was ended by saying we are experiencing difficulties

I waited on line sick for over 90mins then had to wait again almost 40mins for them to say the meds are out of stock.

PEOPLE ON THE FLOOR ARE LAZY AND HAVE ATTITUDE! I DONT EVEN KNOW WHY THEY EVEN HAVE THEM THERE WORKING AND SOME OF THEM ARE ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT WITH A NASTY BEHAVIOR! NEXT TIME I WILL SURELY TAKE THERE PICTURES AND UPLOAD IT

Went to pick up photo at 8:55am for funeral prayer, first African guy cashier came to help with photo came in a way to hit me when I asked for a second time for my online order. Second LGBT cashier came in with attitude when I asked for a photo not to serve until 9am which is just less then 5min. It’s a zoo in here and bad service.

Be prepared to wait 2 hours for your medicine on a line with 20 ppl ahead of you. Makes no sense.

On hold with the Pharmacy for 25 mins phone got disconnected. Called back it's been 10 mins on hold again phone got disconnected. Third time calling lady comes on the phone rude and disrespectful after I told her what happened very poor customer service.

Line entirely too long for pharmacy. Additional staff necessary. I’ve been waiting on line for 5 minutes and there has been no movement! With such a long wait, I’ve had time to look at reviews prior to mine. This store has been getting bad reviews for 6 months. Still Walgreens management has done nothing to improve customer service particularly in the pharmacy department.

There is always a line. Store is unsafe, you can’t tell the staff from the customers. Every time I go here there is a disgruntle customer arguing at the cashier. No idea who the manager is everyone has on street clothes and hanging around talking. Be careful when going to this pharmacy

Long wait at pharmacy. Only 1 person at register .Waited almost a hour to pickup medicine that was ready. Seems very disorganized. I agree they definitely need someone to look at why it takes so long.
