My experience was so annoying & stressful when purchasing a vehicle and getting plates transferred over thru my insurance but Ryan W made my experience so much better I really appreciated him he was very patient & would not leave the store till the process was complete which took forever on my end but he remain patient & very helpful Ryan was the best & made this bad experience into a great one well worth it thx again Ryan

I was in and out with no time wasted. Very helpful. Didn’t feel pressured or being “up sold”. Ryan helped me and I got VIP service. He was very calm and patient. He even gave 2 cups of coffee ?. I would absolutely recommend them!!! ?

The process of purchasing a car can very exhausting and stressful, yet Ryan made my experience easy and less stressful. He had patience with me, answered all of my questions and even dug into specifics of the car to make me feel more at ease. I never felt pressured to make the purchase, and when I thought hope was lost, he and his team got me into a better car than I thought I would’ve been driving off the lot with.
I would highly recommend Ryan to anyone purchasing a car. He is patient, and entertaining…haven’t seen this at other dealerships I visited.

Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon to take a look at a car. Told the salesperson I was purchasing it elsewhere but he still went out of his way to get the vehicle for me to see and spend the time to talk to me about it....I think its pretty fair to say these guys are worth all the good reviews. The sales rep was Ryan Walters. Seems like a genuinely good dude - I wish him all the best.

strongly advise against choosing this service center for your car needs. Despite booking an appointment a month ahead, upon arrival, I was dismayed to learn of an extended waiting period. Despite my scheduled drop-off, I was informed that my car wouldn't be looked at for several more days. When I questioned this, I was informed of a backlog in their workload. To make matters worse, when I followed up the next week, they couldn't locate my information in their system. Even when I went in person, they had the wrong contact details but still hadn't assessed my vehicle. This was incredibly frustrating as I relied on alternative transportation for myself and my children. After two weeks, they finally diagnosed a sensor issue, promising a swift fix. However, the expected timeframe was once again prolonged. When I called for an update, I was told they couldn't find my details yet again. It wasn't until later, with a different staff member, that I was informed my car was undergoing testing and would soon be ready. My overall experience indicates that this service center is not reliable or efficient, and I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for car servicing needs.

Kevin Chanona has always been an exemplary service advisor. With every service appt, he always explains what is going on with my car in full and never makes me feel rushed. Additionally, he also makes every attempt to fit me in as soon as he can when any issue arises with my vehicle. He is also very prompt at returning phone calls!

Want to say lots of Thankyou to Mr. Milton Jerez. Excellent customer services, friendly, approachable, and also had fun while purchasing my new car. Traded in my old car, no issues; we took our time and a lot of communications where made. I’ve been eyeing the car since the beginning of Early March to Early April; with the assistance of Mr. Milton I was able to make the decision on May. Extremely happy and satisfied with the work ethics of Mr. Milton and staffs.
