Ms Audrey Stewart at the 218st/Jamaica Ave location is a great person, she genuinely cared about me having a better outcome on my taxes next year and overall in life... She shared great tips and spoke positivity over my life in a manifesting way.... she didn't have to but she did and I'm extremely grateful for her and I look forward to doing my taxes with her years to come. I did 3 years in one due to Covid situation. I left my taxes with them. THEY decided to have 2 of my checks MAILED. Those checks were stolen, TWICE.. the irs checks were stolen. The US TREASURY checks WERE STOLEN. I STILL have not received my checks and I’m STILL trying to get a response from the treasury. WHY did HnR CHOOSEA TO SEND MY PAYCHECK AVIA THE POST OFFICE?.. over 2 thousand dollers missing. I WONT go to them AGAIN.

Abrocar did my taxes since February i went to the office two times he said to fax papers to irs I did so and never got a return and when i call this location they only send me to him and the problem doesn’t solve

Don’t walk, RUN away from this scam. Had a simple Tax return and the guy who did it screwed it up by double counting my income and efiling before I realized. when I saw the error and came back 30mins later I got a shrug from him and was told I should have bought the audit protecting.
