I’ve been an Allstate customer for just under a year, and have enjoyed my relationship with the Boyd Agency. The rates they quoted were competitive and the staffers were responsive. They make themselves accessible by mobile phone and they return phone messages within 24 hours. Highly recommend!

Garland was helpful in trying to help me solve my issues with Allstate after my accident. My frustration is more with Allstate in general than with Garland as an Allstate agent. He has always been very professional with me. Some members of his staff could be a little more friendly though but it’s Ok. Everybody became a little less welcoming, hidden under the masks of COVID. Keep up the good work.
