Management need to work on the cashier side , only they keep one cashier taking care of 35 people in the line , No people to help the lady , and one more just restocking this place need to work for an easy check out

It is affordable for low income people. The products sold here are not constant. Unlike other Dollar Tree shop here very essential item like toothpaste couldn't be found where it should be. Then it was found at the back of the cashier, where customers are not allowed to go. So you can't pick it. However, during payment for your items picked up, if you request they gave. By this time you spoiled your valuable time searching them in the shelf. Suggestions: You give a notice at the entrance that toothpaste to be purchased from the cashier.(Cash Counter).

Horrible customer service. Aside from the young lady with glasses and fun hair and the friendly young man with the shaved hair and ponytail, no one wants to work! I'll take the ride down to Floral Park just to avoid these people. Oh and btw, the "managers" are just as bad! Good luck with this location!

On the days they have sliced cheese, they don't have baloney. On the days they have jelly, they don't have peanut butter. The Dollar Tree at that location is below average. They are always missing something. I wish I could rate this store just 1/2 star out of 5.???

Call Amana say is this is a very unprofessional place to work. I worked at this place for about five days and I don’t have a lot of time to be putting in to tell you everything that happened but it’s a very very unprofessional place anybody who want to see what goes on at this place, go on YouTube and type in dollar tree review and you’re gonna see it

These reviews are crazy. I won't say that the staff is 100% on point at all times but the picture that's being painted is ridiculous. I've never had an issue with no one who has worked here. And I've seen 7 years worth of different faces.The key is to be polite to others and you will get the same in return. Walk up when your next with a smile, ask how their doing; customers with nasty attitudes always want the Chick Fil A treatment ?.Now as far as the store being more put together, y'all do have to work on that. I try to do my part and pick things up, but truly we all should treat our neibohood stores like its our home... ? or better than our homes for some of y'all.
