Dear customer service at pick-up. Don’t ask to a customer if he can to pay for the medication if he have to pay for it. Stop making fun of poor people.

Very bad service, low efficiency. I wanted eye drops and it took about 10 minutes to call them. An Indian staff member looked at me first, then put on an arrogant attitude and slowly helped me get the eye drops. People with no quality and cultivation will make me angry for a minute, and I feel sad for his mother.

Sadly all these reviews about the pharmacy customer service is so true. Beyond unprofessional and no customer service skills. Made a mistake with a refund and called me with an attitude telling me I need to come back to the store. Aggressive personality when it was her own fault and then expect me to fly back without an apology. Never coming back here again that’s for sure.

Was picking up medication. The light black skinned worker, with a ponytail and brown eyes had no sense of manners. Kept looking at other customers when I was directly speaking to her, which was disrespectful. I asked her that I have two more medications, and she proceeded to say just stand at the side and ask the “emergency pick-up,” didn’t ask me with the same name or different name. She was so quick to dismiss. Lazy work, and beyond miserable. People like that shouldn’t be handling customer service.

THE WORST CVS location!!! Absolutely horrible customer service. Every single worker is miserable, including the pharmacy staff, which is by far the worst. They are extremely slow. The lines are always long and half the time they have no idea what you’re talking about. No one wants to help. I recommend you do not go here and pick a different location. There’s also always homeless people standing outside, begging for money. If you can go somewhere else, please do.

no sense of customer service at all in the pharmacy. so rude. It's a 24hr pharmacy, isn't it? why is the pharmacy closing down "for break" in the middle of the day? Take staggered breaks then. What good is a "24hr pharmacy" that's not open when you need it?

I used to leave in queen village that was 8 years ago and this CVS was one that you could’ve count on to have items in stock and to answer calls. I kept them as my pharmacy for my meds and this week has honestly been the worst in regards to answering calls in the pharmacy dept I’ve been placed on hold on many occasions and since last Friday 4/16 haven’t heard from them in regards to the availability of the medication. I hope that their communication and availability gets better.

Was in the pharmacy line for 40 minutes. Even though I can see many people in the back walking around only one girl was attending customers. While the others are on their phone doing nothing.

Worst pharmacy, they never answer thebphone, will keep you on the line then slam the phone. Back and forth for prescription, not ready, very rude. Best Pharmacist is Gloria who works at night, she is very helpful and knowledgeable.

CVS HEADQUARTERS NEED TO INVESTIGATE THIS STORE ALL OF THE STAFF AND EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE TO CUSTOMERS THIS AT THE PHARMACY DEPT NASTY ATTITUDE NOT ANSWERING PHONE,AND THEY HAVE A LOT THEM WORKING IN THE BACK TO PACK PRESCRIPTIONS,UNNECESSARY PACKING PRESCRIPTION TO PICK UP WHEN ALL IS NOT READY THEN CONTACTING PEOPLE SAYING THAT THEY HAVE TWO DAYS TO PICK UP ELSE THEY WILL PUT IT BACK ON THE SHELVES.

They don’t answer the phone, when I walk in there they’re useless. Hope everyone in there gets aids and chlamydia
