Five star service products and the used tires here are five start like everything else is top tier as the staff I mentioned no waiting even if the place is full you'll be in and out within half an hour at most unless it's really super super busy most knowledable Mike Edward and owner Steven and his son junior are the best I have been coming here since day one I will never ever go anywhere else keep up the five star ✨✨✨✨✨ service guys

Came by because of shakes in the steering wheel from 55-70 mph and because of a bent rim. Jay was able to straighten out the outer lip of my two piece rim. He did such a good job I couldn’t even find where the original damage was. Furthermore, he realized that my wheels needed a spacer to have a more snug fit with the car. Because of these two services, my car barely has any shakes now. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for expertise in wheel/rim services.

I blew my tire out and damaged my rim in a huge pot hole. I hobbled my car to Cross Island Tire & Wheel. The gentleman immediately took care of me (he informed me I would need a new tire and he could repair the rim). It was done quickly and professionally! I was in and out of there in 30 minutes! I would recommend them highly to anyone looking to get a new tire/rim or need repairs done.

NYC potholes have met their match. Ask for Chewy. He fixed two bent alloy rims on my Mazda, had me in and out in about 40 minutes, $75 each. And like the other reviewers, I gotta say, these are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Plus, if you like car-talk, it's fun just to sit in the waiting room and hear the back-and-forth. I came all the way out from Manhattan because of their reputation, and it was totally worth the drive.

I went to cross Island Tire & wheel to reseal a tire, the guy that was doing it broke one of the stud,I spoke to Junior and he said he was going to speak to his boss and see how they can fix it , but after speaking to his boss he said they are not going to fix it

Called and spoke with Junior. He said he can give me a good price on Advanta tires. I never heard of the company but when I looked them up I found that they are a tire company in Arizona and been there since 1982. I read that their tires can compete with the best. I'm not exaggerating but I feel like I'm driving a Cadillac instead of the Kia and I also noticed I'm saving money on gas. Junior's great! The guys working on my tires were great! They were careful with the rims and the service was fast. I love Cross Island tires. I will be telling my family and friends about them.
