Every time I go I receive excellent service Even though I don't speak English

Freezing cold in the ATM service area the door been broken for about 2 weeks now and security have to keep the bank secure until next morning there without any heating is the ATM area. I believe they can do better it’s unfair to have someone in the cold all night until next business day.
