The bank manager was extremely rude. I'm not sure what the problem was with her West Indian lady. she threw my ID and my money back at me through the window teller. which was so rude I never had a problem trying to deposit money into a bank. I showed her a reference letter from another bank she act like she was upset that I had so much money in One Bank.

I deposited a check at the AtM,I didn't receive anything on my account,atm stole the check without finishing the transaction.

Team was short staffed, but Amy went out of her way to help me.... Today's visit was impromptu', so I'm very happy everything worked out. This is why I do all of my financial business with Capital One!

I I had the option to give zero option, this would be the place. Tricia the person that helped me (not really) disrespectful and rude. First said I can’t transfer because time is over. It wasn’t really over, they ended up getting it done. She kept rushing me and giving attitude. Her and the manager had no idea how to do their job. Not sure who hired the manager and Tricia. Needs to get FIRED!!! Hire better people!!!

Lines are frequently long. While I do not blame this branch specifically, I don't believe the corporation takes neighborhood populations into consideration. There are many elderly people in this town who are not tech savvy, so laying off tellers, closing teller windows for a subpar coffee machine & suggesting using the app does a disservice to customers at this location.

If I could give this branch ZERO stars I would. This branch is always an issue but today was it. Went to this branch today 2/9/22 to open a business account. I had an appointment scheduled for 10am and arrived 5 minutes prior. I spoke to an associate and informed them I was here for my appointment and she proceeded to tell me to wait on line. As I waited on line people began to enter the bank and a long line began to form. One gentleman who came in after me asked the same associate if he could get some papers notarized and she proceeded to help direct him to the person I was waiting for. I had been waiting for my appointment for 10 minutes and this "branch" decided that my business was not worth their time and had someone jump ahead of me. Well guess what Capitol One Jamaica Ave branch, I'll take my business elsewhere. Where's the customer service and the communication. Highly unfavorable service!
