“My alternator went out on route 6 late one evening and my girl called the pro shop for me. Shorty after, Joey comes by with a battery pack and manages to get my car over to the shop. Soon after, they had my car ready with new parts and got me back on the road at a very reasonable cost. It was cool to meet someone that is not only honest and reliable, but that offers super hero service ?.. Anyways, go check out Pro Shop Auto Body and ask for Joey. You wont be disappointed.”

“Driving on route 138 we encountered some type of unforeseen road hazard a flat tire and a broken rim , we drove to the restaurant and called AAA and the service from this company , was phenomenal they arrived and where pleasant they checked the spare tire and amounted the tire a true gentleman, and a road hero. I also have to say they arrive promptly. They notify me when they arrived on site and I will give this company six stars !would recommend them to anybody. Thank you being a member of AAA. Dan Z”

“They do exceptional work. I dropped my Jeep Wrangler off for a bumper replacement and I had quite a few scratches as well and they did a great job You can’t even tell that they were there! They also took a look around the whole car and removed any other scratches they found along with a larger one free of charge!Amazing service. My Jeep was repaired in a timely manner - a lot quicker than expected /,they definitely won’t leave your car there for days unattended. They got right to work. They also detailed it inside dnd out. It looks beautiful. I was very surprised that it was cleaned when I picked up because I was not expecting it. I thought the repairs would have been done only - I was pleasantly surprised. “I thought it was necessary to share when one gets such superb service and such high quality work, reasonably priced: It is Adrian Auto Body Repair at 3330 Old Crompond Rd Yorktown Heights which Jeff and highly recommend .My needed repairs were several -- small but complicated areas in seams and joints where the car's plastic parts meet the metal sections ; i.e., highly detailed work requiring patience and great skill... in tight, tiny areas. I would say their work is superb and delivered with white glove service. And furthermore they returned my car CLEANER both inside and out than I had left it with them -- just another detail I was certainly not expecting beyond the required repairs. If you are the type who wants your car always looking brand new , then Joe and Tony and team are just who you need. Look no further!”

“I found this shop while looking for a tow company to take my car to the dealership - I went with them for the price. The gentleman who came and picked up my car was prompt, courteous and very nice.Soon after that tow my car needed repairs - I had no idea what it needed - I came to them with a list of things that I "heard, felt and at some point probably imagined!" They took my car in and found two things. They could have, at that point told me that I had to fix both (other places I have been to would have said they couldn't diagnose the one without fixing the other). I was worried and would have fixed both of them. But instead they told me the TRUTH - take care of one job at a time and let's see what happens - if the car runs right w/the simple fix we can then fix the other thing - if the car doesn't then I could look into a big fix or a new car :-(They nailed the problem with a simple fix and the second problem was simple also and that was taken care of. I left their office feeling great. Feeling like they actually cared.Recently I had another repair needed, yes I am trying to avoid a new car;-) I thought it was going to cost more money than I could put into the car-I thought an exhaust system, I was counting my pennies, getting ready to break the bank. I dropped the car off, they got to it quickly and efficiently. They called me and told me it was another inexpensive fix to the exhaust system instead of a new system. Again, honesty.This shop is filled with honest and caring people! I have dealt with many auto mechanics and repair shops over the years and I have NEVER walked away from them feeling like they were sincerely taking care of the customer.Citywide Automotive has never treated me as if I didn't know what I was talking about because I am a woman. Each mechanic and the owner listen and are above and beyond honest, sincere and caring.
