“All I can say is...WOW! This is, by far, the most incredibly positive experience I have ever had with an auto body shop. I just stopped by to see what they could do for me at a future date. Instead, without an appointment, they immediately took my car and fixed two problems with it, in an extremely timely manner. And they did it FREE OF CHARGE. How often do you here of a company being so kind to a new customer. Everyone was so incredibly friendly, and everyone had a smile and a friendly "Hello" for me. They fixed my problems in record time, and were extremely courteous. If I were to rate them from 1 to 10, I would give them a 20! You really need to utilize this company. I can not say enough good things about them.”

“My job had my car towed from their parking lot due to some kind of construction. This was several months ago. I was not there when it happened and I wasn’t coming back for the next 10 days. This company was called to tow and store my car until i get back. Luposello’s had every right to charge me the full storage fees however after listening to my unfortunate circumstances, they were very sympathetic and worked with me. Obviously they are a very honest and hardworking shop. The owner showed empathy and tried to do right by me. This was all taken care of on the phone and I was able to enjoy my overseas vacation without worrying about what may happen when i got back. I am so grateful for their professionalism and customer service and care. I read some reviews and it’s so hard to believe those reviews, after what I have experienced with Luposellos. “My 23 year old son became stranded just off the Taconic Highway last night around 11 p.m. I live in Washington state so when my son phoned me saying his car had broken down, I was distraught. We were so fortunate that Valley Towing and Adam the driver and owner responded to my son's situation via AAA. I am forever grateful as Adam arrived before the 56 minutes AAA told us it would take. He transported my son's car and my son back to Poughkeepsie and not only tried to leave the car at the garage my son requested, but took him home when they found the garage closed. “Being a popular high school jock that knows nothing about cars makes me an easy target for mechanics to take advantage of. Thankfully the team at Citywide is full of kind hearted men who always have the customers best interest in mind. My Nissan Altima with 250k miles on it was on life support. I brought her to Citywide and they brought my baby back to life. I broke down in Mahopac and had the pleasure of being towed by one of the owners Gary (Irish guy who pretends to be italian). He was at the scene within minutes and was super polite and helpful.
