Love this place! Been going here since I was little. Dana is my hair dresser and she's a sweetheart! She listens to my requests and always gives me what I ask for and I get compliments and my color and cut all the time!!!

After going here consistently for YEARS now, I just upgraded them to the coveted 5-star rating! I should have done this a couple of years ago. LOVE this place. My 'only' complaint is that you should be allowed to leave a tip on a debit/credit card charge. Other than that, there is no better salon in the area and I've strayed a few times to check out newcomers, but am solely dedicated to Image Salon (or Snips of Putnam) or whatever the heck name they go by.

I've been going to Image Salon for many years now. It's like walking into a room full of my sisters. I'm a woman going through some hair loss -not due to Covid and I called Maia crying, my doctor told me minoxidil. Maia took the initiative and contacted a representative and came up with a product much better than Minoxidil for my hair loss. I am forever thankful to her. I see some new growth. There are times when I decided to trim my bangs a little (we are all guilty of that) I would run in and say please fix me. Image salon- The best haircuts, the best washes- oh so relaxing and very well priced. I've never had a bad experience there. I highly recommend the extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff at Image Salon.

This place is a total s*** hole. I went in with a very positive mindset and was patiently waiting for my appointment.. I was speaking with some local moms and there kids and was being very friendly and respectful. This was my first time being in this salon and my family has a lot of well know hairdressers in area.. so I thought this would bean expert to pamper myself and make myself feel good. As it's has been a while since I've gotten my hair done. The hair dresser Sabrina did a terrible job on my hair.. I left that salon with half the amount of hair on my head.. I asked for a balayage that can be done in one session as I have don't that on myself before in a couple hours.. trusting professionals I though this would come out even better and I could wear my real hair!! But now I'm having to still wear protective hair styles as my hair grows out. .. mind you I've been growing out my hair for years and I was mortified with this salon experience. She didn't not rinse the foils out in spctions cause if uneven lift.. she also didn't press foils down so some of my hair wasn't even touching bleach that's why is all spotty in photos below.. she didn't put my hair under dryer until the last 10 minutes of processing for some reason.. she was Mia in the back mixing toner for 20 minutes while I sat at the sink as the hair washer with multicolor hair ripped the foils out my hair brushed me with a comb and tried to wash the bleach out with hot water which is a big no no..she was also spraying water down my whole side.. like this place is a gossip s*** hole and thanks for making me feel like s**** I do better hair then that. I've been going to Image Salon for years now, and I can't imagine going anywhere else! The owner and employees all get along well, it's not a catty atmosphere, it's more like a little family and you very quickly become a member of the family. I feel like that show, Cheers, "where everyone knows your name." I've had my hair cut and styled by almost every one of the gals who work there, and they are all very professional and friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. Men are welcome for haircuts also. Gabby, the shampoo person, gives a great massage on your head while she shampoos, and never scratches with her nails and is also very friendly. I get cuts, colors, and keratin treatments there. I now mostly see Sabrina and Dana, I would recommend either of them highly. I would recommend any of them highly! Give them a try, you won't be sorry.Services: Hairstyling

I brought my 4 year old here for a haircut and it was the best salon experience I’ve had with him. The salon was so clean and everyone was so nice. Dana did a great job and she made us feel so comfortable. My son actually can’t wait to go back!Services: Haircut

What a great experience here! I was nervous to walk into a new salon without knowing how they'd do. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. It seemed like a little family and they knew their customers well. I'll be back!!

Amanda was absolutely such a sweetheart. She is the first hairstylist I have went to that actually knows how to style curly hair. I am so so happy that I found her. A shampoo session with Gabby will have you feeling like you're in SPA HEAVEN. The receptionist takes her time with you and never makes you feel rushed. I am always nervous walking into a hair salon, but I have to say, every single employee that I interacted with was so kind and non-judgemental. Overall, just a really good vibe. I absolutely love it here and you will too.
