“Thank you for being patient & understanding on the phone, my package was misplaced due to an error relating to the fact that they mark the buckets as arrived before checking what's in them, and I understand this is to keep up with the constant flow of mail (hundreds of pieces at a time!). Always call if you're not sure what the tracking is saying, because tracking is never accurate these days.
