My husband and I, first time buyers and on the "older" side of life, were patiently and kindly helped through an arduous process of purchasing our very FIRST and FOREVER home. Lisa and her team were always available to answer all our questions regardless of how meaningful or ignorant. At times we felt it easier not to continue with the process, however Lisa's enthusiasm and relentless effort got us through. And now, we pack and move! We are humbly grateful!

I can’t say enough great things about my Mortgage experience with Lisa Yountchi’s team at Cross Country Mortgage. Her team was very informative and helped me understand the Mortgage process for my co-op. They answered any questions that I had and helped to be able to close on my loan in a timely fashion. With interest rates rising, I greatly appreciated this. They helped me to lock in a low rate while interest rates were rising. Special shout to Danielle Grupe, who was always SO supportive throughout this process. When I needed to get my documents ready FAST for my closing, she made sure I was ready.

Working with Lisa made the stressful experience of buying our first home much more straightforward. She was helpful, direct, and quick to respond - very important when things get busy.
