“It is difficult to get your mail if you have a post office box whenever there are events happening in town (every weekend and most of the summer) because people fill up the parking lot even though there are signs saying post office parking only. Staff is friendly and efficient.”

“Most people probably don't write reviews for their local post office however, the one in Penn Yan deserves to be acknowledged. I have lived in a lot of places and Post Offices (and postal employees) are not all equal. But the people who run the Penn Yan PO are top notch, always helpful and extremely personable.They deliver impecable service everytime. Although there is a PO closer to me but I choose to come here when I can.”
