Disappointed this evening order 2 large pizza's told it would be 25 minutes get there to pick them up 25 minutes later haven't even made it in the oven so had to wait just to find out when I get home they made one pizza wrong so had to wait for another pizza that took over 30 minutes to make

The food here is Really good and the Employees are AMAZING until the night shift comes around im not to sure of her name?!i think it might be Amy.. But she just does not seem happy to be there she’s rude to customers by leaving them standing at the register while she’s just wiping down the counter or she just takes forever coming to the register and she won’t even be doing anything she moves REALLY slow and every time I order something on the phone she shows no interest in making customers happy or asking if They would like anything else! alot of people around town are very disappointed with this employee and every time food is picked up that’s suppose to be warm is for some reason cold and just doesn’t taste the same!

Had a Julian Salad and it was amazing. Fresh veggies, mean n cheese!! Best i have had in a long time! So big i could not eat it all for only $6- And the cookies were phenomenal. Soft n still warm from the oven. I will be ordering frequently

I visit Crosbys in Prattsburgh very frequently. Last night our subs were made with miracle whip instead of mayo, but the District Manager, Kelly Putnam made everything right with us. She is awesome! We love our Crosbys and Kelly!

I ordered a sub a week ago and one of their employees danielle fronk did a fantastic job on my Turkey one. It was one of the best subs I have ever eaten. I will definitely be ordering again and would prefer danielle to make my subs. Great service and I like cashiers who are upbeat and friendly.

If you havent stopped in here in the past few months, then YOU SHOULD!!!! There have been A LOT of updates. The staff is amazing and there are a ton of new food options. The food is fresh and very yummy and the staff is friendly and helpful. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!
