The worst body shop ever. The tower clearly did not know what he was doing. The tire was on the edge of the bed and made the damages worse than what they already were. Upon arrival at the scene of the accident he told us that they wouldn’t be able to tow it to the location we gave them because it was outside of business hours, he then said that we couldn’t pay that day and would have to pay the next day at the shop. We then asked how much it was and he couldn’t give us a price and just took the car. The next day they charged us 1,300 for less than a 5 mile tow and said if we have an Audi we should be able to pay it, we brought up the damages and the unreasonable price to the owner and he went crazy and started yelling. Very disappointed at how they treated us and the car, would not recommend.

You Won't Be Disappointed!! After having an accident Vince's towed my car to his shop. Ricky worked with my insurance company to repair my car, which had major damage, in a timely manner. When I picked up my car it was in showroom condition. Ricky is very meticulous about his work and aims to please his customers. His staff is very friendly, courteous and professional. They kept me updated every step of the way!!

My husband and I used Vince’s auto body after hitting a bear! From the start of repairs to the end of them Vince’s auto body was always transparent and very communicative! Whenever we called to check the status everyone was so friendly and always willing to help! Our car looks brand new!! I don’t have a photo of before, but I highly, highly recommend this shop! I would use them again if ever needed!!

They went above and beyond. Service was great from the start. The work was done way faster than expected. The job was done perfectly! The paint matched exactly and you can't tell that anything happened. The owner was very friendly and kind. We would absolutely recommend them and return in the future if needed.

I had a good experience with Vince’s Auto Body Works. The people in the office were very polite as well as the technicians in their workshop. Ricky, the owner, was very nice and informed. The most important was the finishing of their work which was very nicely done. I really recommend this place.

My Traverse was damaged and Vince’s took care of it all. The finish work was exceptional, the people at the shop were wonderful and very professional, I did not have to worry about anything. A great place to bring your car and not have to worry about the finished product. I would definitely recommend this place and I would definitely come back again.

I had the best experience at Vince’s auto body. People at the office were very professional and helpful. The paint job was perfect. They delivered the car faster than expected. I was extremely satisfied with the their service, the quality and speed of their work.

Vincent's Auto body shop has an amazing family like atmosphere, super friendly. The owner is very polite and welcoming. If there were zero I would say they did a very bad job. I only asked to haul my car but they didn't want to give me the price on the same day, because it was already closed and I couldn't pay, the next day I went to pick it up and I was surprised that there were more than $1300 and they had done work without consulting me, I didn't see what they did to it. More than because they had cleaned it, I had to pay for it because that was it. You say something to the owner, he starts yelling at you, he doesn't even let you speak. Don't let them take your car without giving you a price. What happened to me, I don't want it to happen to anyone else.

Vince’s auto body was awesome Ricky made my car look better than it did before the crash gave me a free cleaning and worked super quick. Nalini in the office was especially sweet and easy to work with. 100% recommend this body shop if your car needs one

I absolutely love Vince auto body!! Everybody there was so helpful ms Susan was great. They were quick with the work and even tho my insurance company sucked they worked with them too!! Never been so grateful to anyone. If you need any work done on your car they’re the only way to go!!!

I was hit by someone with Progressive Insurance and they did not want to cover my damages. Ricky at Vince’s Auto Body Works became my advocate and fought to get all my damages covered. After almost 3 weeks of getting no where with Progressive, he advised me to file with my own insurance. In less than a week, an adjuster came out to the shop, approved all damages and the repair was done immediately. I will continue to always bring my car here.
