Regarding Military discount for FIOS........This was very disappointing ,the fact that the website does not list any restrictions in writing on the site - I feel like I was mis lead on several accounts - (1 )the the first operator that I spoke with did not mention anything about restrictions when she emailed me the link to receive a military discount ( 2 ) the site dos not list the restrictions other than saying restrictions apply ???????? Discounts only apply to eligible customers who order a qualifying Verizon service online at verizon.com/dealsatwork- that's all it says - so ,what are those restriction's ??????????????????????

I went to the store because I thought the website was complicated. But in the store I got a fast talking salesman who only told me about the benefits not the cost. And .assaged the quote to convince me. He quoted my line with the best plan and the other 3 lines with the worst just to drive the price down. Then telling me how much I'll save.

This place is essentially useless. It takes forever to get a question answered. They don't value time at all. They need staff to be working. It should not take over 45 mins to turn in a phone and ask about a watch. I left after 30, turned in my phone and said screw the watch. Got a text 15 minutes later. I can do a virtual with someone else in another store. Kicker is over 4 employees walked out front and to the back. Make them come work the floor. No respect for their customers.

They tried...they really need more representatives...I was there for 3 hours and on the hold on the phone for an hour and 15 minutes...I had to leave and my issue was NOT resolved...after a while the representatives gave up on fixing my issue and moved on to the next person...today my issue is still NOT resolved

Stopped in to see what I could do about my failing Samsung S21 Ultra. Anthony took great care of me, even hooked up some discounts that we're supposedly already active according to the agent when I got my S21. They never actually activated them, additionally was going to make the foolish mistake of giving them more business due to convenience. However I arrived before that store has opened ( I wasn't aware they hadn't opened yet)and when I started to open the door that the employee inside aid we don't open until 11 and slammed the door in my face and locked it. Glad that pissed me off and had me end up at this store. Anthony was and absolute pleasure to work with couldn't have been more understanding, wasn't super pushy on upsells. Grade A experience right there. Should I need anything in the future, I'll be back.

The techs at Verizon store, South Rd, Poughkeepsie, are awesome. They are knowledgeable, personable & extremely patient with customers. Kudos especially to Tom & Sean, mgr of the store. I highly recommend them.

I've been waiting over 45 minutes with only 1 person ahead of me in line, there are more than 5 employees floating around the store with the faces glued to ipads pretending to be busy. I do not recommend coming to this specific location at all, completely wasted my time waiting for assistance.
