Rude and dismissive on the phone, how are you going to tell me it's not an issue when you haven't even bothered looking at tracking information and refused to take it ?!

I went in today absolutely dreading it because the workers are always SO rude. I had an older male worker "help" me, he was extremely rude and condescending. I left and went to UPS who was actually friendly and helpful, I was in UPS for no more than 3 minutes and my package was shipped and ready to go.

I love the convenience of this location because the lobby is 24hrs HOWEVER I DREAD going to the window because the postal workers at this location are extremely rude. I try to handle most of my business at the kiosk to avoid them.

Just awful no one knows what they are doing at all they constantly look perplexed by pre labeled click and ship boxes as if I brought in a alien egg. Loud rude and brash is the only way to describe these employees, I've seen more mature middle schoolers.

I've never met a more miserable group of employees. Loud, obnoxious, openly make fun of patrons who don't understand certain shipping policies. I've been mailing for work for 11+ years and I have dumped thousands of dollars into these services. One woman, Roxanne, has genuinely no clue how to do her job. A pre labeled international box sends her spiraling and she often needs help doing a job she's been at for years now. She insists on fighting me every tooth and nail that my package is labeled wrong and will be dumped in transit.... This has never happened once because I know how to properly ship. They argue everything right down to the tape. They've often made remarks questioning if I could "afford something better". The other woman barks at anybody she can, for now reason, as if she's having fun trashing on paying patrons. It almost painful to sit on lines that wrap around the building while the employees host 35+ minuet personal conversations. I think I'll drive the extra 15 minuets to avoid this sad excuse of a business.

I ship twice a week. Anna is very friendly and personable. I drive past the Market street location just because of how friendly the staff is at the one on route 9.

I don't know what everyone is complaining about. I use the PO a lot and unfortunately have a lot of experience with NYC ones that are more tests of ones mental stability rather than a postal service. Now THIS place is a totally different story!!! I've never waited on line with more than a few other people and that line has always moved quickly. The people at the counter are always friendly and helpful to an extent that is startling based on my past PO experiences. You need to do something weird with an address change? They write down the name of the gentleman to talk to and give you the address of his office and wish you luck. You can't beat that. I don't see the Mansion st office on here to review but that's even better! Seriously I want to hang out in there. Everyone is so friendly and helpful there and the building is one of those epic WPA post offices where you can't stop touching all the beautiful marble. Come to think of it our postal delivery people have always been wonderful as well. Who knows what the Poughkeepsie post office is pumping into the air to keep their staff so friendly and helpful but keep it going!!

The USPS Worker, Anna at the South Road P.O. Is Rude and Unprofessional. She always appears to be yelling at the customers! She is not a Pleasant Individual and should probably go for some Interpersonal Skills Training. In this day and age with so many other choices people can choose from she should be a lot more Courteous to the customers!

There’s one particular female worker in this office who is MISERABLE. Rude and loud. Always an unpleasant visit with her.
