I wish i can give it 0 stars. Very unprofessional and rude. The clerk didn't even let me finish my sentence and yapped back with a nasty attitude. Who raised these people?! I will make sure to file a complaint.

This email doesn't deserve anything, they lost my package valued at 300, and apart from that they themselves said that they were the ones responsible for the error and that they want me to fix the problem. In the end I lost that package and my money ?, and those who are in the call center, I They speak very badly to people, I do not recommend this email for anything. Terrible service

On Monday November 2023 talked to the person that was driving the truck to inform her that she is causing a health hazard and also danger to the public she was very nasty she drove the truck 9200 256 I told her in a kind voice that she was creating an eye distraction with that a person coming in the parking lot could not see the person coming out with their car and could cause a very dangerous in someone who was collecting the mail from behind a truck couldn't see traffic coming in and get hit by the male woman was very rude and nasty to me and told me she didn't care and that she's being tested and she's being tested now and that she couldn't hear me I told her I'm not being bossy on kind to I'm trying to help you she said she didn't care and kept on putting her mail in her mail what kind of people are you hiring today they're very nasty and they're very rude and they're not very much educated she also told me that her supervisor said it was safe for her to park there these people who are being hired by the United States postal service needs to do background checks to see if they have any mental problems that will put the public at risk.

First off, why does this post office even have it's own phone number if no one ever answers? I work in the business district, I cannot tell you how many times they have just not delivered our mail, and then brought us double the mail the next day. The reason I'm writing this review is because it's currently 4 pm and my business still has not received it's mail. It took me (and I'm not exaggerating here) 12 phone calls to get anyone to answer the phone. I inquired as to why we haven't received our mail, and apparently our carrier called out sick, so the post office thought it was a great idea to give the business district route to another carrier to do AFTER they delivered their residential route. Tell me the logical in doing residential before business when businesses close on average at 5pm. That just seems like poor management. I don't know who the post master is at that office but boy do they have things messed up. Lines are always SO long no matter what time of day you go there. It's always a substitute carrier because for "some reason" they cannot keep full time employees. Best bet if you have a choice of what post office to use is the Raymond Ave one.

This post office is being run by a very unprofessional Karen. Today she yelled at me for using the label Ebay provided me, then told me I wasn't allowed to mail live fish. After I explained to her that she sees me in here all the time picking up and dropping off boxes labeled "live fish" she got a man, who I assumed was the manager, who recognized me and said "What kinda fish do you have for me today?" Then, same Karen screamed at a Spanish speaking woman "Eeeeeeeeenglish!" And refused to help the woman. I used my phone to help the woman translate and write it out in English. That big woman always at the counter. She's a Karen and a half. She's always rude, ignorant and nasty to the public that she is supposed to be serving.

My mail has gone missing once again. I use USPS Informed Delivery so I can see the mail I am supposed to receive. First to go missing until I filed a complaint was a check from my former employer in NYC. Up to a week after it appeared in Informed Delivery, it was still not delivered to my address. After filing a complaint, then suddenly it shows up. Where's the glitch? The way mail flows in post office or the mail carrier? A full investigation should take place and a stop to this corruption.
