Larry was such a lifesaver for me! I came in last minute to mail several packages and he took care of me quick and efficiently with a smile on his face. I’m a college student and he was so helpful. If you need anything delivered, this is the place to do it.

Moved and this happens to now be my new UPS location UNFORTUNATELY.Been here a couple times, avoided it because I had the chance to not deal with poor attitudes and argumentative staff at the front counter. WHELP I went in to drop off FRAGILE packages yesterday evening only to leave the building and for whatever reason have the feeling to look back.ONLY to see the young lady at the counter who accepted my packages THROW...not toss, id even say chuck my packages several feet in the air to another employee from the front desk to the back area. I immediately asked if she was seriously handling and throwing the packages that have FRAGILE on the box, nothing but laughs under her mask. Only to have another older employee under his breath quickly shoot out an UGH just apologize and say sorry. I pack all my items well to account for dings,dents and travel knock arounds which is to be expected.More arguments from this employee because she said " It doesn't matter, it's going in a bag anyway so what's the problem"The problem is the staff playing softball with the packages and possibly breaking my sold items before they've even had a chance to start transit.Disappointed and appalled is an understatement

Although the attitudes of everybody in the store are pretty mundane, I really liked that they were able to take my shipping label and put it into a bag and stick it onto my package for me. It took a lot of the worry of whether or not I was gonna be able to attach my own label on with just tape. The reason I’m only giving three stars is because they said that 6 PM is the last time you can drop off anything for it to be put onto the truck to go out that night. I was so unbelievable busy today and got there at 5:55 after confirming with them on the phone that they wait until 6 PM. I got three of my packages to them & on the truck by 5:57, and then had to run to my car to get the fourth and even though the receipt says I gave the fourth package to them by 5:59, the truck left. I know I should’ve gotten here earlier, but why didn’t the truck just wait until 6? Especially when I said I was gonna be back? And it wasn’t exactly 6 PM yet? Really sucks.

This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had at any place of business. An older man with gray hair who I wish I got the name of told me that I needed packaging for my Amazon return, as I was trying to explain that the option I had selected said “no box or label needed” which is why I was confused. I literally could not even finish the sentences coming out of my mouth before each and every time he would interrupt in his extremely rude, loud tone and shut me down. It was the most one-sided conversation I’ve ever had, it was like he was a broken tape player repeating the same two statements over and over again as I was asking him to explain why the app told me I didn’t need to bring packaging.As if that wasn’t bad enough, they didn’t even have the most common bubble envelope size stocked so I had to walk to the nearest store that carried them, or pay for an overpriced massive envelope that was completely unnecessary. The other employees were exactly as another reviewer put it - “mundane”. Which I guess is fine, but it would have been better for business if one of the other employees attempted to step in and restore customer service.If this is the general atmosphere and customer service standard of this particular location, I think anyone reading this review would be far better off driving the extra distance to another location….or better yet maybe another chain entirely. Maybe it’ll motivate UPS to figure out what’s going on with this location (based on other recent 1-star reviews) and fix the “issue.”
