UPS driver couldn’t find my house twice to deliver a package , only a the third attempt and numerous phone calls a different driver found the house.
Customer service was extremely rude.

Very easy experience. This is a great place. If you want to pack your package and print out a label they have a spot to do that or you can have the associate do it for you

Package was stolen from my porch because the driver left it on the very edge and not at the door in front of the camera. Then say it's my fault. They get a huge pay increase and still stupid. There's a surprise. BTW when you speak to a live agent your getting India. Limit your vocabulary when you speak to anybody Involved with this company.
