Dissapointed and frustrated. Had all of my brakes replaced here after finding out one of my rear brakes was damaged. When I first got the car back the hand brake did not work, so I brought the car back and it was adjusted. Fast forward not even a full 2 weeks and my car is back in the shop for squeaking and grinding sounds. According to the Nissan dealership service technician the brakes were put on incorrectly and lubricant was not used. Unfortunately, I am no longer in New York so according to Ultimate Tire there is nothing they can do for me at this point. Please save your time and money.

Best tire place EVER Employees are knowledgeable and kind. I needed 4 tires and when I called they ordered the tires and my appointment for putting them on was the next day. Clean waiting room too

These guys are incompetent at best and scammers at worst. AVOID them. My car was making a weird scraping noise when turning and I could not figure out what it was, ultimate tire told me it was my engine mounts and that it would be $650 to fix it. They said they had to order parts so I had to wait a week... I was desperate so I couldn't wait that long and went to another mechanic, turns out the noise was caused by a COMPLETELY different issue. He fixed it for $325 and the noise has disappeared! Oh and here's the kicker, he looked at my engine mounts and said they were completely fine and didn't need replacement at all! I can only conclude that the ultimate scammers are either grossly incompetent or they are charging people to "fix" stuff that isn't even broken in their cars. They will never get another dime from me!
