I waited 2 hours for them to tell me it can’t be installed because the hardware was sent incomplete.

Clueless persons working there. Don't know a single fact about their inventory. Unfriendly. Attitude--if you're serving the public, get rid of the poor attitude. You are in customer service--don't tell a customer to look up your products on the corporate website. You do it: that's what you're being paid for in case no one ever told you. Never going into that Uhaul again.

Not sure why the negative reviews unless management has changed recently. This store is clean and neat and I didn't have to wait to get served. This location has, of all things, the nicest and cleanest bathroom I have seen. It is even nicer than most restaurant bathrooms.Rented a small 5x8 trailer and the young man at the counter was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. I had just gotten the hitch put on at another Uhaul and needed to purchase a bracket to attach the 4 pin wire to. The young man showed me the bracket I needed ($5) and then proceeded to attach it to my bumper no charge.Overall a very pleasent experience.

One of the worst customer service experiences I have dealt with. Went to pick up U-Haul vehicle and met a short Caucasian male who gave me attitude during our whole conversation. It started with me coming in and giving me short answers. Threw my ID on the counter when he was done. I felt rushed and felt that he did not want to be at work and ended up forgetting to give me my dolly. Absolute terrible customer service. The day before the female employee that works was wonderful but this experience with the short male made me realize he U-Haul had competitors around I would have went there. For all employer be careful who you hire, customer service is important.

The propane fill up is always "broken". No sign at propane fill station stating that is out of service.

My appointment for a trailer hitch installation was delayed by a week after I had waited a solid month -- they currently have a problem with backorders, which is disappointing but something I can accept. However, when I checked my appointment online the night before the 2nd date and the morning of, everything seemed to be copasetic. After they told me at the counter that the guy who does installations wouldn't be in until 11, went out, ran some errands and came back. The woman at the counter had me sign the paperwork and took my keys and sent me on my way. While standing outside the place waiting for my Uber ride, they called my mobile phone and said I wasn't scheduled until the next day. When I asked for a better explanation -- since I'd checked online the night before and that morning and they hadn't called to change the appt -- the guy who was supposed to do the work told me that the hitch might not have come in and sure enough, when he checked his stock, no hitch. He told me there was no way to tell when it was going to come in, which meant they could leave me dangling for weeks or longer. In a calm but firm tone I told him that this wasn't a great way to do business: not confirming the work could actually be done and sending the customer off and leaving me to pay for an Uber ride I didn't need. His response was to say something dismissive and walk away. In the end, I went to a local business who charged more but the extra money was worth my piece of mind: I can attach my new bike rack to my truck and go riding.
