UNPROFESSIONAL. RUDE TO NEW COSTUMERS. I Came back here as my second visit to fill my nails and toes. (The pic is my 2 week update)I got my nails done here I asked for French tip, I didn’t like the way it was coming out so after a few attempts I asked for a solid color the nails were lumpy. They passed me around from person to person and tried to stop doing my nails mid service because I didn’t like how each nail looked completely different in size (the French tip). I DONT RECOMMEND.

I used to love coming to Tracy's nails. I will never go back there again. I had a mani and a Pedi, what a bad job on both. Cuticles not trimmed well, the polish on both are already coming off. The woman was not friendly. I won't go back there anymore. I could have done a better job. This was a gift to myself.

I never write reviews however I was so disappointed I felt I had to share my experience. I had gone to Tracy’s from the very start. Wonderful. I haven’t been since Covid and was so excited. My service and end result was absolutely horrible. My toe was clipped and bleeding and the technician said nothing and ignored the situation. Nails weren’t shaped, polish application looks like a child put it on. Very unfriendly environment and most importantly not clean. I understand that Tracy doesn’t come in anymore and with her being gone the place has gone down. Therefore my suggestion is to read the current reviews because that’s what you are getting. There are plenty of nail salons; do your homework I don’t want anyone to be as disappointed as I am.Services: Manicure

I have been a customer for approx 15 years. They have always done great work and I have always been pleased. My husband often purchases gift certificates for me and unfortunately, my certificate expired due to my son having two surgeries in 2022. They would NOT honor my expired certificate!!!!!!! I could understand if it was several years old…. but expired by 3 months??? Will NOT be going back as they lack integrity. Clearly willing to take my money ($50.00) but refused to understand my extenuating circumstances and refused to honor my certificate. Extremely disappointing!Services: Callus removal

I’m sorry but I will not come back. From the ripped dirty rug at the front door to the years of fading pictures on the walls, to the dirty sink, counter, and nail table. Also, I don’t want the manicure tools hidden out of site where I can’t see if they are clean. I just should have left. I was the only one there. People sitting around doing nothing. I want to go to a place where people take pride in their business.Service: Manicure

Basically just left there from a scheduled appt with just doing my toes.....the girl was good but left residue from salts right below my knee and pedicure was timed , no lotion.....guess my time was up...... Manicure.......um no I am up here on the weekends thought I could save some time, asked if I could have my nails soaking as I get pedicure and was told she was told to just do the pedicure, um excuse me I'm a paying customer and add the cost $20 more for powder gel than the city. Not coming back ever! Coming was a big hesitancy to begin with.....should have stuck with my instinct.

$10 for “removal ”… I am not a happy customer and will NEVER go back. Very rushed . Horrible job and my nails were extremely filed down versus having the patience to soak them in acetone .Service: Manicures

Do NOT come here for eyelashes. I went to see Tracy twice for eyelash extensions. The first time looked nice, great price and she finished quickly. It was my first time getting eyelashes and I thought how awesome! However, in less than two weeks, the lashes were coming out in clumps and ripping off my natural lashes. I had literal bald spots. I thought maybe I did something wrong, this being my first time. So I went back to get a new set. I noticed right away that my eyelashes were crooked and uneven, with an obvious bump in the lashes. This was so embarrassing, I went to a professional lash place to get it fixed. They actually gasped in horror when they saw my lashes. I learned from professionals that there are some fake "professionals" (like Tracy) who buy fake and cheap lashes from a drug store and will use something like superglue or permanent glue that is NOT safe for your skin or lashes. Tracy does this and it ruined my natural lashes. Even if none of that matters to you, she can't even do a decent job. It looked terrible. She actually smiles at you as you walk out the door. What a huge scam and huge disappointment.

Awful, every time I go in to set my set redone, they are always crooked. The nails are never straight even after asking multiple times of what she's doing will make them straight. I ask to get my nails straight and ask for a new set of needed and the same lady never does the new set, feels like she's being lazy.

Visiting Vassar College and have no idea where to go? GO HERE!!! It is CLEAN, good price, and really nice ladies. Perfect. The place across the street and the three other places we tried were really gross and we left right away. Go here, you will be ?
