“Stofa”s Auto body and Mechanic shop was such a calm and peaceful experience. I dropped my vehicle off and it was ready well before the estimated time they gave, the scheduled me a rental, they haggled with the insurance company and the best part was the periodic text updates that I got while my vehicle was in their care!!! I picked up the car when it was done the body work was perfect they made it look brand new as if it was never in an accident. I would recommend anyone to take their vehicle there for body work! “Around 3 in morning I and my son in-law were stuck in a ditch on Salt Point Turnpike and extreme towing came and got us out. I really wish I had money to tip him but I never carry cash on me it took him over an hour to get us out because we were so deep in the ditch but he did an awesome job and was patient and I couldn’t be more appreciative of him.I didn’t get his name but I thank you so much for all the hard work you did.”

“I had a car accident where I hit the side of my Land Rover into the guard rail on the Taconic Highway in order to avoid a deer that was crossing. The side of the suv took a terrible hit on the body.I'm absolutely so glad I found BTO Autoworks through word of mouth. They do not have the biggest online presence, but rest assured they are a GREAT autobody shop. Ray and his staff did a great job fixing my suv back to new. What I appreciated most from my visit, is the clearly defined timeline and the no nonsense. I checked two other auto body shops in Poughkeepsie and they were telling me there would be a 30 day wait... or they would tell me to leave the car and wait an undefined amount of time. It was clear my suv wouldn't be prioritized for bigger projects. With BTO Autoworks there's none of that, it is strictly professional. It took about a week to get parts and a week for labor. “Choose this shop because my insurance works with them and I am soo satisfied with the quality of work they provided!! They went above and beyond and cleaned my entire car inside and out! In fact I had never seen my car so clean before!! I normally do not leave reviews but even after a few days every time I get in my car it smells and looks brand new!! Not to mention the rental car process was soo easy and I could just drop it off with them!! I added a photo of my rim just to show how much detail they put in cleaning every inch of my vehicle”

As an example, when I rent his U-haul motorcyle trailer (multiple times), he takes the time to mount it on your hitch with care. Showed up on the dot right when they said they would, and the operators were some of the most personable and friendly tow operators I’ve met. They made the process super simple and easy, and helped alleviate the stress of the situation, not to mention that they were super high spirited at 2:00 in the morning.
